General Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the design & production of marketing materials through all phases of the project, including content generation, design, production management and final proofing. About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Graphic Designer that has past screen printing and embroidery experience and that has basic knowledge of excel to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on, hybrid role that bridges creativity and operations - ideal for someone with a graphic design background who understands screen printing and embroidery artwork and wants to learn the operational side of production.

What You'll Be Doing:
Creative & Production Tasks:
Prepare and format artwork for screen printing, embroidery, and DTF using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Communicate with the creative and production teams to ensure designs are accurate and ready for production.
Maintain organized digital folders and assist with mockups, client approvals, and new design requests.
