General Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the design & production of marketing materials through all phases of the project, including content generation, design, production management and final proofing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Design Leadership
Serve as the lead designer on high-impact digital campaigns, platforms, and initiatives.
Apply best practices in UX/UI design to enhance usability and engagement across web and mobile experiences.
Develop polished, high-performing assets for email, social media, display ads, paid search, and other digital channels.
Contribute to the evolution and governance of the digital design system for consistency and scalability.
Innovation & AI Integration
Explore and incorporate emerging design technologies and AI tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and quality.
Help define best practices for integrating AI-assisted workflows into the broader creative process.
Champion experimentation and data-informed design thinking across the team.
Strategic Collaboration
Partner closely with the Digital Marketing, Content, and Strategy teams to translate business goals into effective design solutions.
Participate in campaign planning and creative brainstorming, bringing a digital lens to all phases of development.
Contribute to performance reviews and optimizations by analyzing creative effectiveness and proposing improvements.
Executional Excellence
Uphold the highest standards of design craft, technical precision, and visual storytelling.
Review and QC digital creative deliverables for accuracy, accessibility, and platform compliance.

Mentorship & Influence
Share digital design knowledge and tools with other designers and cross-functional peers.

Experience
Required:
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in digital design, including responsive web, email, social, and performance media.

Expert in digital design systems, web standards, and user-centric design principles.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, responsive frameworks) is a plus.

What Were Looking For:
A seasoned designer with a solid grip on common sense and real-world experience.
You should be fluent in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and know your way around setting up files correctly for both print and web. That means understanding resolution, color space, bleeds, margins, file formats, and all the little things that keep the production team from pulling their hair out.
Day-to-Day Tasks Include:
Designing a wide variety of print materials:
From business cards and flyers to banners, brochures, trade show displays, vehicle wraps and promotional items. Youll handle everything from initial concepts to press-ready files.
Creating vehicle wrap designs:
You dont need to be an expert right away, but you should be excited to learn and contribute. Our team will help you master designing for curves, contours, and custom installs.
Laying out storefront graphics and window signage:
You'll create eye-catching visuals that stop foot traffic and make brands stand out on the block.
Collaborating with both clients and teammates:
Youll work closely with customers to bring their ideas to life and coordinate with our in-house production and install teams to make sure the final product matches the vision.
Managing your own projects:
From intake to final approval. We love independent thinkers who take initiative, solve problems, and dont need someone hovering over them to get things done.

Required Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:
· Produce print and/or digital collateral based on the creative direction provided and maintain the creative integrity of the brand.
· Produce high quality assets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment under supervision of the design team.
· Adhere to brand standards, using approved fonts, logos and graphics defined in the brand guidelines. Responsible for quality control in this area.
· Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for printing and digital applications.
· Assist in organizing, monitoring, archiving, and maintaining files on One-drive.
· Consults with design team to streamline production goals and ensure consistency across deliverables.
