You will also assist our Creative & Brand Manager to design creative Marketing collateral such as catalogs, advertisements, brochures, fliers and more, as we expand into our new Flagship store! The person who will thrive in this role will be a creative problem solver and excel at communicating and collaborating across departments (Marketing, Sales, Merchandise, Leadership).
This position generally works a fully onsite Monday-Friday schedule. However, hours may differ during events or peak holiday times in the luxury retail industry. Resumes without a link to a current portfolio will not be considered.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: SOCIAL MEDIA
Develop and present a monthly social content strategy calendar to the Director of Marketing and Creative & Brand Manager and collaborate on weekly content together
Execute results-driven social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Curate and produce engaging content for Reis-Nichols' social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Maintain unified luxury brand voice across all social media channels
Create compelling content including written, video, graphic design, and photo content for all channels
Collaborate with team in the creation and editing of social content
Collaborate with the merchandising team and Marketing & Product Photographer to plan and execute jewelry and watch product photo shoots
Collaborate with jewelry consultants to identify jewelry trends and feature popular staff picks on social media with regular cadence
Ensure compliance with vendor/brand social media guidelines, including posting schedules and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Attend monthly client events and produce live social media content to enhance the brand
Interact with online users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
Review social analytics and present monthly reports on key metrics to Marketing Director and the team
Continually research and monitor competitive social media channels for luxury jewelry and watch trends and implement new opportunities to engage with our audience
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies in the jewelry industry
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
GRAPHIC DESIGN
Support department with development of graphic designs from concept to final art form on projects
Collaborate with Creative & Brand Manager on creation of digital/print advertisements, brochures, flyers, promotional materials including store signage and other printing projects
Assist in the development of graphics and content of e-mail campaigns
Oversee various print projects and manage relationships with internal and external vendors
GENERAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist Digital Marketing Manager in order fulfillment for e-commerce sales
Work with Digital Marketing Manager on monthly blog content development
Assist Marketing & Product Photographer with putting new jewelry and watch products online
Assist Events & Client Relations Specialist at events, as needed (setup, teardown)
Other duties or projects as assigned by Marketing Director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field
2+ years of corporate social media management (experience in luxury industry preferred)
2+ years' experience with Adobe Creative Cloud programs listed above or equivalent graphic design training/certifications
Must provide portfolio/creative reel of work
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Valid driver's license for travel between store locations and off-site events
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS:
This position is based in a professional office environment and requires the use of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, and filing cabinets. The employee will be required to talk or listen regularly and may need to stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, and reach with hands and arms frequently. The role involves sitting for extended periods, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods as well. Some carrying of packages and boxes (up to 20 pounds) to assist with events, as needed.
