Prepares and submits materials for client approval utilizing in-house computerized job tracking software (a.k.a. RoboHead). Manages multiple projects to meet timelines and intended objectives, all within quality standards and budget guidelines. Ensures that all assets are organized and that master electronic asset libraries are up-to-date for easy reference by other team members within the creative team. Collaborate with the in-house print center to ensure the quality of higher-volume prints like fliers and postcards. Produce medium- and large-format signage. This process includes operating an in-house large-format printer, accurately trimming prints to size by hand with a knife, mounting printed materials, and, when necessary, participating in the installation of work within the museum. REQUIREMENTS: Jr. or Sr. standing pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Graphics Art Management, or Digital Media. Strong physical production skills, specifically hand trimming with a knife and mounting medium-to-large-format prints. Intermediate (or better) experience designing in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign. Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus. Must be able to work a consistent schedule on location at the museum within normal working hours (Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm).
