Key Responsibilities: * Develop high-quality digital and print assets including social graphics, presentations, email graphics, web visuals, infographics, and campaign collateral. * Collaborate with marketing, product and channel partners to translate concepts into visually engaging designs that align with brand guidelines. * Design unique and compelling logos, icons, and brand identity systems that align with company vision and brand strategy. * Ensure consistency of brand identity, tone, and visual style across all creative outputs. * Leverage AI-powered design tools to improve workflow efficiency and expand creative possibilities. * Create AI-assisted imagery, templates, and design elements that support faster production and scalability. * Stay current on emerging AI tools and recommend opportunities for optimization, automation, and enhanced creativity. * Serve as a subject-matter expert for Canva Enterprise, helping maintain and evolve template libraries, brand kits, and shared assets. * Support internal users by ensuring templates are clean, accessible, and optimized for multi-user environments. * Train team members on best practices in Canva Enterprise. * Use Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat) to produce advanced graphics, refine imagery, and support specialty design needs. * Build and maintain high-quality design files, ensuring proper organization, versioning, and compliance standards. * Assist with video editing, animated graphics, or motion-based content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or Canva Enterprise. * Act as an extra hand on video shoots as needed, assisting with setup, breakdown, and general on-set support. * Provide creative support on short-form video and multimedia projects as needed. * Create wireframes, storyboards, and visually compelling mockups for web and applications. * Organize and maintain a comprehensive digital asset management system for all creative files. * Experience using project management software to plan, track, and coordinate work across multiple projects and stakeholders Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, multimedia design, or a related field. * Advanced proficiency with Canva Enterprise, including brand kits, templates, and multi-user workflows. * Strong expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. * Experience using AI design tools and a desire to incorporate new technologies into day-to-day creative work. * Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. * Proven experience mocking up visual design of new website pages, with a strong understanding of responsive design principles * Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * A portfolio demonstrating versatility across print, digital, and video/motion graphics projects. * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus for understanding implementation constraints on web designs * Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus. * Figma experience a plus Ideal Candidate Traits: * Curious and innovative-always exploring new tools, trends, and techniques * Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong file-management habits * Comfortable switching between creative strategy and hands-on production * Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and eager to support a high-performing marketing team * Maintains a 'can-do' attitude when faced with challenges or evolving priorities.
