Primary Responsibilities: • Design and manage brand-aligned campaign assets, including but not limited to social media organic and paid graphics and animations, email, programmatic ads, packaging, innovation and in-store signage. • Develop editable template systems and pitch-worthy PowerPoints that local teams can customize while maintaining brand standards. • Partner with the Creative Team Leader to maintain and organize the brand guidelines, asset library, ensuring accessibility and version control across teams. • Assist in brand evolution through thoughtful application of typography, color, imagery, and layout. • Support cross-functional projects and present creative to cross functional partners. • Support the team with photo-editing tasks as needed. • Collaborate with editors and writers to identify visual opportunities and refine presentation. • Work with teams to ensure branding is used consistently in internal and external documents. • Ensure full understanding and awareness of all product information, including characteristics, information and staying informed with the competition and industry trends. Educations/Requirements/Skills: • Bachelor's in design with a focus in Advertising, Communications, or Marketing. • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a design role or a related field. • Fluent in Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Presentation software power user • Animation skills not required but strongly desired • In-depth knowledge of design principles, branding, and industry trends. • Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills, with an exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of campaign work. • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design. • Ability to balance big-picture creative thinking with hands-on design execution. • Strong project management skills and ability to function as project leader influencing others as well as individual contributor. Competencies * Associate's degree (A.A.S.) in communications, publications, graphics and two years of practical experience or a Technical degree from an accredited institution in a related field with at least four years experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Knowledge of drafting tools or Computer-Assisted Design (CAD) or drafting equipment, 3D illustration, and Photoshop software. * Ability to use Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of BaaN system as it relates to truck Bill of Material (BOM) structure and inventory control. * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals, and procedure manuals. * Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as algebra, probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. * Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. * Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. * Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. * Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. * Expected to travel nationally and internationally up to 20% to customer or supplier sites. * Ability to obtain and maintain mine certifications or safety training such as Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) hazard training. * Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and passport. Develop DoD technical illustrations utilized in Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM). Illustrations must follow standard formats, those required by the DoD to be used in technical manuals and training materials, including S1000d, Mil-Std-40051. This role is for the Documentation and Training department. This opening is contingent on TCOM receiving US government authorization to proceed with work on a contract already awarded. Working Procedure: Interacting With Computers - Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to set up functions, enter data, or process information. Use computer aided drafting and illustration software to generate illustrations Use computers to enter, access or retrieve data, and file data Illustration of different types of graphics used to generate detailed description, operation, and maintenance documentation for devices, assemblies, and equipment.
