Qualifications
Candidate Profile & Prerequisites:
Minimum four years experience in a creative, digital design or art direction role, either agency or in-house capacity.
Art or design Bachelor's degree required.
Expertise in multiple design disciplines: digital, social media, print, environmental/spatial, etc. Strong interest in social media and digital design (UX, UI).

- Utilize surfaces and point groups in Civil 3D to support grading and design development
- Perform quality control reviews, incorporate redlines, and complete plan revisions
- Maintain and apply company and Client CAD standards, templates, and details
- Collaborate using Microsoft Teams and participate in virtual design meetings
- Conduct occasional field visits, inspections, and data collection with Engineers
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Technical degree in CAD, Civil Drafting, or a related field
- 10+ years of civil engineering CAD experience, specifically in land development
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, including surfaces, corridors, profiles, and grading
- Demonstrated experience producing land development and NPDES permit plan sets
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while working with limited supervision
