The Digital Marketing Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling, on-brand digital assets that drive engagement, conversion, and brand love. This role partners closely with our marketing and eCommerce teams to concept, design, and optimize creative for web, email, paid media, social, and retail marketing initiatives.
You should be equal parts creative storyteller and digital problem solver who understands design trends, scroll-stopping visuals, and how to turn brand strategy into execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative & Visual Design
· Design digital assets for email campaigns, social media, website, paid media, and digital campaigns
· Develop campaign concepts and visual themes that align with seasonal launches and brand messaging
· Translate creative direction into engaging layouts, graphics, and visual storytelling
Web & E-commerce Support
· Create homepage graphics, collection imagery, promotional banners, and landing page assets
· Optimize creative for conversion while maintaining strong brand presentation
· Collaborate with the eCommerce team
Email & CRM Creative
· Design email templates, promotional creative, and lifecycle marketing assets
· Work with marketing team on testing visuals for performance
Social & Community
· Develop content templates, motion graphics, and campaign visuals for social channels
· Support influencer and partnership campaign creative
Collaboration & Workflow
· Partner closely with Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams
· Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects
· Maintain organized file systems and production-ready assets
Other Responsibilities:
· Perform all other duties as assigned
· Assist at the warehouse level as needed during high volume periods
Qualifications
· 2-5+ years of digital design experience - apparel, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience preferred
· Strong portfolio showcasing digital and marketing design work
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or similar tools a plus
· Experience designing for email, web, and social platforms
· Understanding of performance-focused creative
· Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
· Motion/animation skills (After Effects, etc.) are a plus
· Photography or photo-editing experience is a plus
· Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Who You Are:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and executing on multiple types of mediums ranging from print and digital materials while adhering to the QTS brand standards. As part of the Creative Studio team, this position will design concepts that visually reflect the company's brand, people and message while reporting to the Graphic Design Manager. The ideal candidate will work alongside the Brand, Marketing and Communications team, as well as third party print vendors to deliver appropriate corporate messages, design standards and policies; ensuring consistency both internally and externally while servicing departments across the company.
What You Will Do:
Develop innovative, professional and compelling design concepts for graphics assets and layouts
Collaborate with the Creative Studio team in producing brand assets (i.e. patterns, logo lockups)
Standard intake and completion of assigned graphics projects
Work alongside all members of the Brand, Marketing and Communications team to produce materials related to the respective team members (i.e. social media, web, sharepoint, emails, reports, campaigns, layouts, merchandise, presentations)
Coordinate with vendors for print production on assigned projects

Job Description
The Department of Media, Art and Design at the University of Missouri-Kansas City is conducting a search for an Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in Graphic Design. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible, 9-month tenured or tenure-track position. Specifically, we are seeking applications from candidates who possess an understanding of the practical, historical, and professional aspects of graphic design.
Candidates should have a record of working within and across a combination of graphic design mediums, including, but not limited to, visual identity development, digital illustration, character design, storyboarding and user mapping, UI/UX and interaction design, motion design and animation, and packaging design. The candidate will participate in developing new curricula for graphic design studio courses, lead experiential learning opportunities such as client-based initiatives through the Student Design Lab and work to connect students to community design partners. The candidate's portfolio of personal, professional, and student work should demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively teach graphic design. Teaching responsibilities will primarily be in-person in a studio/workshop format, but experience with online teaching is a plus.

We are seeking students that are passionate about pushing the threshold of design and can work in the Kansas City office with our Brand Activation team. What Your Day Could Consist Of:
Create impactful graphics for high profile national and international client brands that include the corporate, entertainment, hospitality, collegiate and sports markets.
Create a cohesive visual style for each project that will guide the graphic development of individual elements forward.
Through close collaboration with clients, discover opportunities to amplify the character of a place, conveying the brand's identity in imaginative and compelling ways within venues and facilities.
Conceptualize and design both 2D environmental graphics and dimensional exhibits, displays and interior features.
Collaborate with graphic designers, wayfinding planners, detailers, interior designers and architects.
Manage construction documents and large bodies of information for projects form concept through fabrication and install.
Research, design, and implementation of user centered wayfinding systems for complex places that make navigation easy.
Requirements For Success:
Exceptional branding and experiential graphic design sensibilities.
Demonstrates the ability to push innovation, solve problems creatively and engage in a dynamic collaborative design environment.
Detail oriented, learns quickly and adapts to new responsibilities.
Understands how to read architectural plans, elevations and details.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and staying on schedule.
Desire to work collaboratively with architects, interior designers, and planners. We believe that successful place-making demands and integrated analysis across many disciplines.
Strong work ethic, with demonstrated efficiency, flexibility and a positive spirit.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat), and MS Office required.

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design preferred.

Job Description: Visual Merchandiser
Reports to: Manager
Description and Requirements:
Visual merchandisers are responsible for organizing and displaying products in a retail space. In order to highlight products and there features, as well as gain customers attention to promote sales. Create and maintains store displays to make products visually appealing to consumers. They are also responsible for designing and creating a story within each vignette.
Job Functions· Maintain floor inventory by arranging showroom floor and setting-up incoming product. Transfer product from warehouse to floor, monitor incoming product for structural integrity and/or flaws.· Create floor plans for retail spaces .· Communicate daily with the store support team to coordinate efforts in prioritizing work for reading the floor for incoming merchandise.· Responsible for the clerical side of the warehouse operation documenting product receipt.· Being able to quickly and efficiently place and complete furniture and accessories within a story telling vignette.· Organize and maintain the warehouse, performing general housekeeping duties, including maintaining cardboard trailer/dumpsters. Keep the backroom warehousing area neat and clean.· General cleaning, building maintenance and completing simple repairs· Complete and submit weekly design plan.· Work to reduce store WHS operating expenses.· Maintain reliable attendance.· All other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education· High School Diploma or equivalent required· Interior Design Program preferred
Experience· Visual design experience preferred
