This role blends 3D spatial design and 2D graphic layout, supporting retail and wholesale environments across North America. About the Role
Develop 3D models and mockups of storefronts and window displays (30-40 variations) to visualize seasonal campaigns and retail activations.
Translate design concepts into spatial layouts, fixture placements, and top-down sketches.
Create quick comps and mockups in Photoshop to visualize how graphics and displays appear in different retail environments.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and project management teams to adapt toolkits and campaign materials across multiple store formats.

What We're Looking For

Production artist job in Worcester, MA
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute high-level design projects from concept to completion * Create engaging brand identities, packaging designs, and print collateral * Design digital assets for websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and campaigns
* Ensure consistency across all visual outputs in line with brand guidelines
* Prepare artwork for print, including dyelines and production-ready files for packaging
* Assist in maintaining an organised design archive and digital asset library
Skills:
* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
* Experience with print production and packaging design, including working with manufacturers or printers
* Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual composition
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Basic video editing or motion design experience is a plus but not essential for this position
