Responsibilities
Create visual design assets and graphics for Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) projects supporting DOD training development
Collaborate with Agile development teams to deliver design solutions that meet project requirements and timelines
Reproduce key art and design within the confines of established style guides and branding standards
Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from cross-functional team members
Utilize rapid prototyping tools to iterate on design concepts quickly and efficiently
Estimate time requirements for assigned design tasks and manage workload accordingly
Provide design support across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field at an accredited college/university at the time of the internship (Summer 2026) or semester immediately following (Fall 2026)
Required minimum GPA is 3.0
Must have completed at least 2 years of higher education (relevant job experience may be substituted)
0-2 years of relevant design experience
Community and/or campus involvement is preferred
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
U.S. Citizenship is required
