This role is ideal for a highly creative, strategically minded motion designer who thrives on speaking up with ideas and contributing confidently to creative discussions. What we look for: Required A degree in Motion Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field 5-8 years of professional motion design experience in a creative agency, in-house team, or production studio. A confident, outspoken approach to creative strategy-you actively speak your ideas, defend them with clarity, and contribute to collaborative problem-solving. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects is essential, including advanced knowledge of animation and visual effects workflows. Advanced skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. Strong 3D design skills, with experience in platforms such as Cinema 4D or Blender, and an understanding of how to deliver motion assets across 3D hosting platforms. Familiarity with emerging AI tools and techniques that support creative production, such as generative design, AI-assisted animation, or video enhancement tools. A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of motion design styles, creative thinking, and problem-solving.
