What You'll Do: * Assemble electrical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions. * Test electrical components for functionality and safety compliance. * Solder and connect wiring in electronic devices or equipment. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. * Follow safety procedures and quality standards during assembly and testing. * Document and track assembly progress and report any issues to supervisors What We're Looking For: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * 3-5 years of experience in electrical assembly or similar roles. * Proficient with electrical hand tools and machinery (e.g., soldering irons, wire strippers, multimeters). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Excellent problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and time management skills.
