Currently Tierra Farm is looking for a Production Associate who will be involved in all aspects of our production, such as roasting and packing. He/she needs to be a hardworking and motivated individual who meets the following lists of criteria. Primary Responsibilities: Load bulk products into smaller packages at required production frequency levels. Inspect and reject products that do not meet specifications. Accurately label product and finished cases. Roast nuts and seeds according to recipes. Mix nuts, seeds and/or dried fruits according to recipes. Maintain areas in a clean and sanitary manner at all times. Inspect equipment for sanitary conditions. Inspect product for quality and any signs of foreign material contamination. Contribute to team effort by performing other duties as assigned and needed.
