What You Will Do The Production Associate position performs all tasks involved in the production of the company's products. This includes trimming and weighing cannabis flower. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Responsible for trimming, weighing, assembling and packaging cannabis flower Weighing, assembling and packaging cannabis flower into prerolls Apply compliance labels to all packaged product Responsible for accurate tracking and weighing of all packaging/production projects as assigned by supervisors Accurately count, process, and pack finished goods for distribution Work may require prolonged sitting/standing, and repetitive movements Participation in counting of physical inventory as needed. Maintain safe and clean work environment. Maintain equipment in good working condition. Meet established goals as designated by the Production Lead and/or Production Manager. Other duties as assigned. What We Are Looking For 1-2 years of prior dry trim experience preferred, but not necessary. For extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking through the workday. Must be able to exert well-paced mobility and perform repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours in length. Must be able to adapt to fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and accuracy. Previous Cannabis Experience or 1-2 years of Production Experience in Distribution preferred. Must be 21+ years of age Able to work between the operating hours of 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday with some overtime and weekend work, as needed. Proven history of being dependable and punctual. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain focused while being adaptable in an ever-changing business environment. Possess strong time management and organizational skills. Compensation Description (annually): The hourly pay rate for this position is $18.00. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
