Full-time Description Job Summary The Production Assistant - Lamination Emphasis provides support across production operations with a primary focus on lamination. This role assists with setting up and supporting lamination processes, handling materials, inspecting parts for quality, and performing general production tasks. The position may be assigned to other departments as business needs change, but will be primarily utilized in Lamination. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Learn and follow work order instructions, job bags, and quality standards. Assist with lamination processes including hand application of adhesives and guiding materials. Support operation of lamination-related equipment such as back splitters, corner rounders, and grommet machines. Cut and prepare raw materials to required measurements. Inspect overlays, windows, and assembled parts for clarity, accuracy, alignment, and finish. Waste strip, de-slug, and package parts according to specifications. Report discrepancies, imperfections, or material issues to appropriate personnel. Maintain daily production records and inventory tags when assigned. Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all plant safety procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned to support production goals. Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have supervisory responsibilities, but the Laminator is expected to adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards while demonstrating leadership in production accuracy and efficiency.
