Skills and Experience You Bring We are looking for college juniors, seniors, graduate students, and recent graduates. Required Skills: * Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Adobe After Effects or Apple Final Cut. * Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Canva for quick graphics and thumbnails. Preferred Skills: * Understanding of YouTube Studio basics (metadata, scheduling, analytics). * Experience running your own channel, page or fan account, including a keen sense of how to write platform-native social captions.
