Essential Functions:
· Meet quality measurement goals by delivering high quality service in servicing assigned clients and accounts. Ensure all file activity meets or exceeds quality procedures with regard to timeliness, accuracy of policies, endorsements, subjectivities, and all other active and expired file correspondence and documentation
· Assist Associate Broker with submission process, as assigned
· Prepare Quotes and Confirmation of Coverage (Binders) as directed
· Policy Checking (Review policies to be sure that they are issued in accordance with what was bound with the carrier)
· Endorsements (Request policy changes, follow up for the endorsements, review for accuracy upon receipt, invoice, and transmit to agent)
· Manage and maintain suspenses (Pending Items that we are waiting for from retailers and carriers), including following up on items and escalating unresolved issues to the broker or AB when necessary
· Ensure Surplus Line documents are submitted correctly and on time
· Learn and increase system skills to improve efficiency
· Attend educational seminars, as required
· Produce and mail renewal letters with applications to customers when applicable
· Review renewal and/or new business information submitted by the customer and request supplemental or explanatory information if required, as directed
· Process certificates of insurance when applicable
Other Responsibilities:
· Provide input to departmental procedures
· Assist with accounting reconciliation projects
· Perform other work-related duties, as assigned
· Work closely with AB Team Lead and assigned Broker(s) in identifying other projects where skills, experience and knowledge can be utilized
· Assist in handling duties of team members, as appropriate, during absences
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
· 0-3 years insurance experience
· Willing and able to take insurance classes and attain designations relating to work in order to continually grow in position
· Exceptional organization, follow-up, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Possess an intuitive and proactive approach to business problems and solutions
· Exhibit good listening skills and a willingness to help and support others
· Advanced skill level in PC software (Word, Excel and other software, as required)

Production Assistants will process orders cut on the burning machines and assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed while following all safety policies and procedures. * Miscellaneous: Assist customers as needed in a courteous manner. Review and complete logs for regulatory and tracking purposes. Maintain and replace storm water control devices. Assist in the review and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
Qualifications:
* Ability to wear and maintain all prescribed PPE and follow basic safety practices.
* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions including comprehension of basic safety messages and labels (waste oil, gasoline, flammable, etc.).
* Ability to complete safety, environmental, and code of conduct training.
* Able to work required hours which may include weekends, holidays and OT.
* Ability to work efficiently in a variety of weather conditions - rain, snow, sun, cold - for a full shift.
* Experience in automotive repair or dismantling, preferred but not required.
* Experience with automotive parts and/or retail customers, preferred but not required.
* Experience with tools and machinery, preferred but not required.
Physical Activities Required to Perform Essential Functions:
* Standing, walking, bending, and stretching are required regularly to perform customer care, production, and environmental/safety responsibility functions.
* Manual dexterity to handle tools and the ability to move 50 pounds are regularly required to perform routine functions.
* Manual dexterity to maintain the facility, clean by mopping, sweeping, etc. as required.
* Vision must be sufficient to perform job functions safely as described above.
* Able to work on feet (stand and walk) for assigned work shift.
Job Conditions:
* Exposure on a regular basis to outdoor weather conditions.
* Periodic exposure to minimal chemical hazards.

Who We Are: The DubSea Fish Sticks will be hiring two Video Production Interns for the Summer of 2025. The DubSea Fish Sticks Baseball Club is a summer collegiate baseball team who makes baseball games fun and exciting. Every summer we put on 25-30 shows at our stadium. We're putting on a circus and there happens to be a baseball
game going on center stage. Our goal is to be the place to be in our community throughout the summer,
