1. Machine Operation and Order Fulfillment (55%):
Prepare Materials Needed for Order.
Senior Production Associate is focused on 5 to 8 pieces of equipment to ensure fulfillment of the following duties:
Review Order and list of materials and utilize RF Gun to locate and pick the materials.
Review order and weigh materials based on order needs - input information into machine that will prepare the batch.
Start up machinery, review production schedule, load bags into machine and work with batcher to determine when to run the machine.
Ensure safety protocols are always followed.
2. Housekeeping (10%):
Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of worksite - Sweeping, vacuuming, removing packing materials/debris and equipment cleaning.
3. Staging and Shift Handoff (5%):
Prepare materials for next shift to ensure smooth transition and handoff with minimal downtime.
4. Quality Control (10%):
Ensure team is utilizing raw materials that are not expired and follow correct formulas.
Collect samples for the QC team and based on results, adjust batch as needed.
Ensure final product is meeting quality specifications.
5. Equipment & Materials (10%):
Communicate with Leadership and maintenance any equipment and materials needs, shortages, failures, required repairs, forklift inspection results etc.

Job Summary
Follow a layout to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic image(s) on a predetermined substrate or medium.
Prepare substrates for vinyl application. This may include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, etc.
Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images. Weeding techniques vary with size, type of vinyl, and complexity of images.
Operate and maintain printer(s).
Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a Work Order and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standards.
Perform finishing operations such as laminating and/or mounting of printed pieces.
Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the center manager/production manager or franchisee.
Clean and maintain storage areas.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Be accountable for the expected workload.
Able to prioritize what needs to be done and work autonomously.
Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs when necessary.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Participate in and practice the brand mentality of “Everybody Sells.” Constantly be looking for sales opportunities for the center.
Qualifications
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motion to apply graphics to a substrate.

What part will you play?
At Gunner, our story is built in the field - in the craftsmanship, people, and impact we create every day. As our Video Production Specialist, you'll capture and craft those stories into compelling visuals that showcase who we are and what we stand for. From on-site shoots to brand campaigns, you'll bring Gunner's energy and authenticity to life through film.
You'll own the full video production process - from concept to final cut. Whether it's a high-impact brand reel, a behind-the-scenes project story, or short-form social content, you'll make sure every frame reflects Gunner's quality, personality, and purpose.
What will you do?
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing, social, and internal use.
Collaborate with the Marketing Lead and Social Team to storyboard and execute content ideas.
Capture on-site footage, interviews, and b-roll that highlight our people, craftsmanship, and customer experience.
Edit and color-grade videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
Manage video storage, file organization, and delivery of final assets.
Produce multiple versions and cuts optimized for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, website, etc.).
Incorporate motion graphics, captions, and branding to align with Gunner's visual identity.
Stay up to date on video trends, gear, and editing techniques to keep our content fresh and engaging.
What do we require from you?
Proven experience in videography and video editing.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects and Photoshop are a plus).
Hands-on experience shooting with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and understanding of lighting, audio, and composition.
Strong creative vision with the ability to tell visual stories that connect emotionally and authentically.
Excellent time management and organization skills to handle multiple projects at once.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
A passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail - you know how to make a brand look great on camera.
Compensation
Base Salary: $55,000 - $75,000
