The Garment Hanger/Inspector is responsible for safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and for visually inspecting all garments to identify the need for proactive repairing, such as patching holes or tears. Garment Hanger/Inspectors are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area. The Production Associate I is integral to our company's product manufacturing process. Job Details
Pay: $20 - 22 an hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Carry out tasks as directed by the department supervisor or team lead.
Engage in the assembly process, utilizing techniques such as sewing, cutting, clipping, and hooking to transform raw materials into sub-assemblies or final product.
Affix labels and tags to products and their packaging appropriately.
Prepare finished goods for shipping by packing them effectively.
Monitor production progress on schedule boards.
Report any equipment or material discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
Organize finished products on the assigned pallet.
Uphold cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
Perform general labor duties across various departments.
Assist with hemming and the relocation of finished materials to trucks, utilizing overhead cranes and forklifts.
Operate comfortably in a manufacturing environment without temperature control.

The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr.

Responsibilities:
Deliver on-time, in-budget projects - Execute projects within the intended scope, timeframe and funds.
Communicate with clients - Drive contact with clients throughout the project lifecycle to understand/set expectations, establish timelines and grow the relationship.
Manage resources - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to identify and allocate the necessary resources for each project.
Track and communicate progress - Measure performance for presentation to clients and internal leadership.
Requirements:
