This role is responsible performing various routine tasks in an assigned area of a chocolate manufacturing site following defined standard operating procedures. This role completes a variety of tasks including cleaning, basic operation of equipment, operating forklifts, hand packing product, monitoring controls, and assisting with equipment changeover activities.

* Performs a wide range of semi-skilled and unskilled jobs to support production operations.

* Maintains assigned work area, tools and equipment in a clean, organized and professional manner. Assist other associates in maintaining the visual workplace requirements for the entire area.
* Performs hand packing, including bulk pack, six pack, and end of line.
* Monitors, inspects, and maintains product quality while straightening rows on the main distribution line.
* Prepares and ships finished goods according to the established standard operating procedures.

Maintain line side inventory of plugs, grommets, and melt pads
Run hood block route between fixture and sealer decks
Operate Tugger in a safe, focused manner

8. Ensure materials are ready to be used according to FIFO procedures
9. Ensure all products on and offline are properly in place and not within range of expiring

11. Work a minimum of 40 hrs per week on-site and may be required to work additional hours as required or requested by the Logistics Manager

8. Flushing of the Basecoat systems as required
9. Flushing of the Clear coat systems as required
10. Perform system filter changes as scheduled
11. Make necessary adjustments to the system
12. Unload empty totes from circulation systems to storage area for removal
13. Maintain neat and orderly work stations
14. System troubleshoot assist suppliers and customer

Perform housekeeping duties as needed such as cleaning up of knock-out build up in MRF cutter
