This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of finance, operations, and technology within a leading spirits company. Interns gain exposure to the full production finance process while contributing to meaningful work that supports real business needs. The position provides the opportunity to make a lasting impact through a project that will continue to deliver value beyond the internship. How You Will Spend Your Time? Partner with Production Finance and Operations teams to understand how cost savings initiatives are identified, tracked, and reported. Develop and implement a tool using Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, etc.) to centralize data and streamline reporting. Document processes and build clear, practical training materials to support adoption across teams. Partner with production finance and operations teams to analyze financial and operational data to validate savings and surface insights. Ability to participate in other projects as assigned. Present your tool and key findings to leadership at the conclusion of the internship. Professional Development Prepare and present findings and recommendations to internal teams throughout the internship. Deliver a final presentation to the Executive Leadership Team summarizing your project work and key learnings. Participate in developmental workshops, networking opportunities, and cross-functional exposure events. Who You Are… A current junior or senior pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field. Expertise in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and advanced functions); experience with Power BI, or similar application. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for efficiency and process improvement. Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn working both independently and collaboratively.
