The Production Assistant is responsible for supporting the Loan Consultants and/or Sales Managers in administrative marketing and support actions related to serving clients, borrowers and business partners. Responsibilities:
* Manages calendars to set up appointments and outside sales meetings and assists with customer contact system and follow up on former and active account clients. Assists with marketing activities as needed.
* Provides customer service to borrowers and any external business partners as identified by the Loan Consultants; attends external business functions and mandatory meetings with the Loan Consultants, as requested.
* Helps facilitate open communication with borrowers and Loan Processors at the branch or in the corporate office.
* Interacts with the processing organization and operations to ensure that all files are closed on behalf of assigned Loan Consultants.
* Provides daily / weekly status updates to the Loan Consultants regarding all files currently in progress. Manage workflow on all prequalifications and in-process files.
* If licensed, may assist Loan Consultants with originator duties and responsibilities up to and where allowable by law.
* Complies with organizational standards, polices, and procedures, while developing and maintaining respect with all employees and management.
* Exercises initiative in organizing and completing assigned tasks according to established guidelines, safety standards and procedures, deadlines and department parameters.
* Meets established productivity and task management standards or seeks assistance.
Requirements:
* High School Degree or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.
* One (1) + years' experience working in a similar field preferred.
* Active NMLS preferred.
* Ability to be onsite in Colorado Springs, CO office 5 days/week.

Essential Functions:
Provide administrative and office support for the manufacturing and VILP department activities with other support groups to receive components, QC results, etc.
Assist Production Supervisors to ensure completion of Formulation/Filling, and Visual Inspection, Label, and Packaging of products to meet scheduled release dates.
Control the incoming and outgoing documentation process.
Perform review and reconciliation of all batch related materials in a timely manner.
Review batch records and facilitate Good Documentation Practice errors for corrections.
Draft event initiation forms, perform investigations, and support resolution of deviations.
Maintains inventory of supplies, parts, and consumable materials needed to complete production activities.
Prepare and coordinate batch reject units for transfer and destruction by supporting the control, handling, and disposition of production related waste.
Ensures compliance with company policies, FDA regulations, GMP's, and all safety standards.
Collect department metrics.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Necessary Skills:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required
3+ years of experience in leading a team in a GMP environment preferred.
3+ years preferred, 6 months required of experience involving inventory control, batch record handling/reviewing, and knowledge of Good Documentation Practices.
Able to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods when required.
Knowledge of cGMP guidelines/standards.
Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and results oriented.
Works well under pressure and can prioritize workloads.
Works well in a team environment.
Possesses a strong attention to detail.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel, are required.

Production Crew (Bucksbaum Campus)
Production Assistant Job 110 miles from Colorado Springs
The Bucksbaum Production Staff serves as the production crew for the Bucksbaum Campus of the Aspen Music Festival and School and various satellite venues throughout the city of Aspen. The members of this team staff a myriad of events such as registration, rehearsals, galas, auditions, meetings, and private concerts. Bucksbaum Production Crew will work with orchestra and stage management to arrange accurate and timely rehearsal setups along with providing technical support for rehearsals and miscellaneous events. These crew positions report to the Bucksbaum Production Manager and Assistant Production Manager. There are multiple positions available in this role.
Responsibilities
Complete the load-in and load-out of the annual inventory of pianos (approximately 100 pianos in total) as well as the campus transition between the Aspen Country Day School and AMFS.
Set up the campus for the music festival needs, including the movement of office furniture, rehearsal equipment, signage and instruments.
Daily tasks include preparing equipment needs for large ensemble rehearsals, moving equipment and supplies, maintaining venue and resource schedules, and ensuring the cleanliness and efficient operation of all Bucksbaum Campus facilities.
On an as-needed basis, the Production Crew may be called on to assist and support the Percussion Crew and Meadows Production Crew.
This role works regularly with other departments (library, development, marketing, housing, etc.) on special events.
Requirements
Candidates should have first-hand experience with classical music concert production/stage management, must be able to safely move extremely heavy equipment, and must be able to follow directions thoroughly and responsibly.
Candidates must be team-oriented and have the ability to complete a rigorous work list with excellent endurance and a positive attitude.
Candidates must also be flexible in addressing the demands of a variety of constituents.
Candidates must frequently lift equipment up to 70 pounds or of greater weights in tandem with additional crew members' assistance.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. A DMV check will be conducted for the candidate(s) hired.

Compensation
$14.81/hour plus housing provided by AMFS (valued at a minimum of $4.91/hour depending on location.) Overtime $22.22/hour
