Your Shift:

Your Responsibilities:
Production Coordination & Scheduling
Prepare and update daily and weekly production schedules based on customer orders and priorities
Coordinate with production supervisors to release work orders and provide required documentation
Monitor the progress of jobs and update stakeholders on order status
Identify potential scheduling conflicts and escalate issues to the Production Manager
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods in the ERP/MRP system

Communicate material shortages or delays to purchasing and production teams
Estimating & Cost Support
Collect data on material usage, labor hours, and production times to support the estimating process

Cross-Functional Communication & Reporting
Serve as a liaison between production, purchasing, estimating, and customer service to align schedules and priorities
Generate and distribute daily/weekly production and inventory status reports
Communicate potential delays or shortages to stakeholders in a timely manner
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on scheduling, inventory accuracy, and cost tracking
You Must Have:
Good computer skills including experience and ability to quickly learn new software programs

. Pay Rate: $14.25/hour ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in protecting the integrity of the Treasure Island and Prairie Island brands, keeping within the guidelines and standards policies * Assist in the design, development and production of casino signage and miscellaneous internal and external communications for Treasure Island and Prairie Island
* Responsible for daily maintenance and support of large format printer and cutter
* Perform day-to-day tasks to support the Brand Communications team with meeting business needs while satisfying internship requirements
* Provide accurate and consistent support in assigned department
* Work 3 - 5 special events, including parades, concerts, fairs and festivals to assist with property needs
* Specific duties for each intern may vary and are intended to provide a well-rounded perspective to satisfy internship requirements.
KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge and Certification
Required:
* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
* Current enrollment in 2 or 4-year post-secondary educational program pursing a degree in graphic design, art/advertising or print production
* Portfolio or examples of creative/design/print production projects
Preferred:
* Previous guest service experience
* Print production knowledge
* Project management knowledge

* Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Microsoft Office
