    This position works under minimal supervision and is responsible for operating one or more of the Injection Molding Production Lines as assigned that shift. Duties and Responsibilities (essential duties are italicized ) 1. Production line operation a. Pulls work orders at the beginning of the shift and throughout the shift as needed. b. Verifies work order labels and data, ensuring accuracy prior to starting production. c. Inspects product type, label, color, and molding uniformity. d. Loads appropriate label file. e. Runs production equipment at standard rates set by Company. f. Begins production run, per work order. g. Comfortable using a weight scale for accuracy. h. Prints and labels boxes. i. Pulls flattened case boxes and assembles enough of them for that shift. j. Prints and labels cases. k. Performs final assembly and/or packaging of molded parts l. Records production run data on work order and in ERP System (EPICOR) m. Stops machine at the end of the run. n. Cleans and maintains production machines and work areas. 2. Performs basic troubleshooting on machine, resolving basic problems as trained. 3. Escalates machine problems to the Maintenance Team and or Lead as required. 4. Performs in a manner consistent with company Core Values and Purpose. 5. Attends all scheduled meetings, missing no more than 10% annually. 6. Clocks in and out for work and lunch with no more than 1 error per month. 7. Provides excellent customer service. 8. Follows all OSHA and other safety guidelines. 9. Actively demonstrates teamwork at all times. 10. Manages any stress on the job, including but not limited to meeting deadlines. 11. Adheres to company safety standards at all times, such that no serious (requiring medical attention) injury occurred during the prior 12-month period. 12. Follows other policies and procedures such that there are no verbal or written warnings during the evaluation period. 13. It's comfortable working around automated machinery The duties described above are not inclusive. Additional duties may be permanently assigned or required from time to time due to the need to respond to customer needs and remain competitive in the marketplace. Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required 1. Basic computer usage including mouse. 2. Ability to learn label printing software. 3. Basic understanding of English to read work orders and write information. 4. Mechanical aptitude to perform set up, daily start up, tuning, minor repair of filling and packaging. 5. Ability to read and understand work instructions and maintenance manuals. 6. Ability to perform basic addition and subtraction. 7. Ability to use logic to troubleshoot production machine issues. 8. Ability to visually inspect required coding, product labeling, and finished goods to identify defects and to match products with the appropriate packaging. 9. Ability to develop thorough understanding of operational procedures to practice safe manufacturing. 10. Ability to manage stress. 11. Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include, but are not limited to: sitting, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, and walking for extended periods of time on a concrete floor, and occasionally lifting and carrying items which may weigh up to 50 pounds. 12. Position spends approximately 5% of time sitting at a workstation and 95% standing or walking. 13. Vision must be within or correctable to within normal range. 14. Must work from the Arlington, TX facility and be able to work on time on a regular basis during scheduled shift. Must be available for evening/weekend work as needed. 15. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is exposed to production equipment at various times. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Support pre-production planning, setup, and tear-down for studio and on-location shoots. Help with video editing, media organization, and content preparation for distribution.
