Job Description
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and update web pages in Drupal based on provided content, wireframes, and design assets.
Build shared content components such as promo blocks, callouts, and lists using established templates.
Perform content migration and manual data entry to support site consolidation and cleanup.
Ensure all content meets accessibility, editorial, and brand standards using CMS tools and documentation.
Publish pages accurately and on time.
Assist in quality assurance by reviewing formatting, fixing broken links, and checking for errors.
Apply metadata, taxonomy tags, and alt text for images in compliance with accessibility guidelines.
Use established workflows and naming conventions for consistency across the site.
Participate in team check-ins and content review meetings.
Performs other duties as assigned.

About this role: We're looking for an avid golfer who is passionate about the game, and also passionate about creating engaging content that positively impacts the broader sport to join our team as a Video ProductionAssistant, Rules of Golf. An interest in the Rules of Golf is necessary, as well as the curiosity to explore and learn more about the Rules. Core responsibilities will include the full video production process from ideating, brainstorming, planning, and scripting through to filming, editing, and creating graphics. In addition, this role will also assist in creating content, materials, and courses in the Rules of Golf education space, where the USGA Rules Team is the industry standard for both in-person and virtual/digital education.
What you'll do:
Video Creation Process
Prior to filming - Ideate, brainstorm, script and produce shot lists for on-site filming. Create and maintain library of completed videos as well as running list of future video ideas.
Filming - Conduct on-stie filming, including management of shot lists for numerous videos while also ensuring high-quality video capture.
Post-filming - Organize and store/archive all captured footage and then edit videos to align with storylines and creative direction using Adobe Premiere Pro. Create and integrate motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
Rules of Golf Education
Assist with the creation/editing of Rules of Golf educational content, including online courses, PowerPoint decks, other education materials, videos/images/graphics, etc. Assist with the Rules of Golf inquiry program as needed.
Rules Department Activities
As needed, filming for other projects, including Rules workshops or USGA championships.

Where you'll be:
This position can be based at our campuses in Liberty Corner, NJ, Pinehurst, NC, or work remotely. Employees based at our NJ or NC campus are expected to spend 3 days per week working in the office, between Monday - Thursday. Remote employees will be expected to travel to Liberty Corner, NJ several times per year. This position also includes approximately 50-75 days of travel per year.

2+ years experience with filming, editing, and creating social media content - you take pride in creating visually engaging and highly polished content

Assist the Manufacturing Operator in performing coating, compression, encapsulation, granulation/blending, or soft gel function following the instructions in the manufacturing batch record.
Assist the Manufacturing Operator in equipment cleaning according to machine requirements or SOP.
Appropriately document activities in batch records, forms, and other GMP documents.
Offer suggestions to superiors and follow up on process improvements related to safety, compliance, cost, and productivity.
Recognize and report any atypical occurrences or discrepancies.
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and guidelines. Must report unsafe conditions, near misses, and/or injuries in a timely manner.
Adhere to cGMP's and Standard Operating Procedures as required.
Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace.
Follow applicable safety guidelines while operating the manufacturing equipment.
Be able to perform other duties as assigned.

* Currently working on completion of a Bachelor's degree related to Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a similar field.

* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment; Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Compensation will be dependent on factors that include location, education, training, specific skills, and years of experience.

Job Description
Fabrication of high quality 2 and 3 dimensional graphics. The Graphics Finisher performs multiple tasks on multiple pieces of equipment including roll and liquid laminators, cutters and various machine and hand mounting tools. Mounting, trimming and basic installation. Maintenance of shop equipment. Assist Print Operators with print production. Our production team is quality-oriented and safety conscious and develops efficient and effective solutions to the most challenging projects in the industry. The Graphics Finisher ensures the highest quality of finished product.
Qualifications
Candidate must be a hard working organized problem solver. Finishing skills required. Basic math skills necessary. Ability to read and execute a variety of written job specifications. Team player with a positive attitude to assist in all phases of graphic production
