Spring Meadow Nursery produces potted shrub liners which are shipped throughout the United States and Canada. The liners are propagated by cuttings, they are rooted in Westbrook greenhouses which are outfitted with traveling irrigators, high pressure fog system and computer controlled environment. Job Description This position will assist the Farm Manager with all aspects of vegetable production and harvest at Blandford Nature Center's 2.5-acre mixed vegetable farm. Additionally, this position is responsible for representing BNC at the Fulton Street Farmer's Market, and for embodying our commitment to sustainable, regenerative, and holistic food production practices. This is a full-time, seasonal position, with an exact weekly schedule to be discussed. Saturdays may be required. Responsibilities: ● Manage the BNC market stall at the Fulton Street Farmer's Market 1-2 times per week from June through October.
