Primary Responsibilities
Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment including Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods.
Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products. Load & Unload racks of parts, mask and unmask parts, touchup/rework, process rejects, inspect parts coming down lines, operates a hoist where necessary.
Qualifications
Must be able to lift-up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work overtime as needed

What You Do

Pay Rate
Day Shift -$17.00 per hour Night Shift -$17.00 per hour PLUS $1.50 per hour shift differential Schedule and Hours
2/2/3 Schedule - Must work weekends Day shift: 6:00AM to 6:00PM Night shift: 6:00PM to 6:00AMProduction Associate Duties and Responsibilities
• Handling materials, such as glass, silicon cells, and fragile metal frames, with care to avoid damage.
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify any defects or inconsistencies of product.
• Using soldering tool to repair broken or damaged solar cells, connections and circuitry.
• Assist in other areas of production as needed, including packaging and bar-coding. Production Associate Qualifications and Requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instruction and meet production timelines.
• Ability to stand or move for extended periods in factory setting.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • 1 to 2 years' experience in production setting
