Main point of contact in tandem with loan officer for client; facilitate an excellent customer experience through prompt response time via email and phone.
Driver of loan process, ensuring borrower, 3rd parties, processing, underwriting, and closing are pushing for on time closings, and in-loan deadlines.
Effective use of internal tools to maintain smooth systems and communication internally (One Note, Loan Beam, Outlook and Teams)
Party to long term client follow up using team established systems
Problem solving challenging files using creative solutioning, determination, teamwork, and a robust product knowledge.
Learning new products, techniques, strategies, and process flows to constantly pursue increased customer experience, internal efficiency, and team communication.
Navigate the underwriting process and solve challenges in tandem with LO and UW
Share and cover for team members to support time off and sick time
Request disclosures
Open escrow, collect fees and order preliminary title report
Order appraisals
Collect and review client documentation
Review income analysis from the Loan Officer
Submit loans documentation to processing (Submission form, Intent to proceed, LDP/GSA, Net Tangible)
Gather Loan Agent PTD and PTF conditions
Submit requests for Rapid Rescores
Qualifications and Experience:
2+ years of experience in mortgage industry preferred.
Comfort and willingness to navigate challenging conversations (borrower and internal)
Capacity to navigate normal duties and short notice tasks concurrently
Willingness to receive and provide constructive criticism for growth
Experience with CLEAR and BYTE software preferred.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, etc.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment.
PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.

At Savers / Value Village our Retail Warehouse & Production Associates create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors and other Team Members. We are hiring for both Full Time and Part Time Retail Warehouse & Production Associates.
