Verifies work order labels and data, ensuring accuracy prior to starting production. c. Inspects product type, label, color, and molding uniformity. d. Loads appropriate label file. e. Runs production equipment at standard rates set by Company. f. Begins production run, per work order. g. Comfortable using a weight scale for accuracy. h. Prints and labels boxes. i. Pulls flattened case boxes and assembles enough of them for that shift. j. Prints and labels cases. k. Performs final assembly and/or packaging of molded parts l. Records production run data on work order and in ERP System (EPICOR) m. Stops machine at the end of the run. n. Cleans and maintains production machines and work areas. 2. Performs basic troubleshooting on machine, resolving basic problems as trained. 3. Escalates machine problems to the Maintenance Team and or Lead as required. 4.
