About the Role
As a Production Coordinator, you play a critical role in supporting factory operations by ensuring accurate production reporting, material tracking, and administrative coordination. You will manage production data within SAP/CORE systems, support cost and loss control efforts, and act as a key link between Production, Finance, Warehouse, HR, and SHE teams. Your work ensures production is balanced, compliant, and efficiently documented.
What You'll Do
Operate and maintain the SAP/CORE system for daily production and material data entry
Monitor and control raw material consumption for margarine production, including oil balance reporting
Verify production entries, identify discrepancies, and perform system corrections
Provide accurate quantitative inputs for the ZBW index and analyze production losses, including unidentified losses
Collaborate closely with Finance and Production Warehouse teams to reconcile data and minimize losses
Track and control consumption of technical materials, PPE, work clothing, cleaning products, office supplies, and hygiene items
Support budget control (OPC) through invoice verification, receipt checks, and tracking of material and service expenditures
Coordinate ordering and issuing of materials; oversee the warehouse clerk at the Goods Receiving Point
Prepare PR orders in the ARIBA system and support administrative documentation and correspondence
Maintain and verify personnel documentation (health books, periodic medical examinations) in line with regulatory requirements
Coordinate with external providers responsible for work clothing services
Support annual inventory preparation for raw materials and consumables
Apply Lean tools to analyze discrepancies and support continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and environmental regulations, and actively respond to workplace hazards
Participate in company training programs and perform related duties assigned by the supervisor
About You
Associate's or Bachelor's degree required

Job Summary

Assemble boxes and prepare pallets.
Sort and obtain products.
Clean product as necessary.
Place product on conveyor for shrink wrapping.
Inspect shrink-wrapped products for damage.
Apply date stamps and labels to boxes.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Coordinates with Supervisor in assigning work to meet on time production and quality goals. This includes but not limited to staging, trailer availability, staffing, etc.
Controls the workflow within the area of responsibility to meet efficiency targets, minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Requires the ability to train people and serve as a coach to Team Members. Perform On-the-job training and line and production orientation for new hires.
Records accurate data on production, labor, team members, and scrap on a timely basis. Follows up with team members on accurate production reporting. Completes shift paperwork.
Ensures accuracy of inventory and inventory management.
Required to ensure all purchased and manufactured material are available when needed to meet production goals.
Works with Maintenance, and Manufacturing personnel to provide information on matters relative to machine downtime.
Ensures safety best practices are followed by Team Members at all times.
Ensure all quality standard for the production area are being met.
Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, have the ability to articulate ideas, and point out areas where improvement is needed, as well as the ability to develop a positive relationship with employees in order to develop credibility.
Must be results-oriented and have the ability to motivate others.
Required to fill in for Department Supervisor in their absence.
Required to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
