Key Responsibilities
Camera & Video Operations
Setup & Strike: Execute the complete setup and teardown of camera systems, including assembling tripods, running SDI/HDMI cabling, and securing camera positions for optimal broadcast angles.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve on-site video signal issues immediately, including cabling faults, converter problems, and monitor feed interruptions.
Operation: Assist with camera operation during live broadcasts, ensuring proper framing, focus, and exposure standards are met.
Client Relations & Professionalism
Brand Ambassador: Act as the face of HomeTeam Live while on location. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, as you will be working in client facilities.
Stakeholder Communication: Interact respectfully and clearly with venue staff, athletic directors, and coaches to coordinate access, power needs, and setup locations.
Conflict Resolution: Handle on-site challenges with a "customer-first" attitude, ensuring client satisfaction even when technical difficulties arise.
Site Cleanliness: Ensure the production workspace is kept organized and safe, leaving the venue in excellent condition upon departure.
Audio & General Production
Audio Support: Assist with the installation of audio gear, including commentary headsets, field microphones, and mixers.
Cable Management: Ensure all video and audio cabling is run safely (taped down/covered) and organized to professional standards to minimize trip hazards for the public.
Inventory: Help track and organize production equipment during load-in and load-out to prevent loss or damage.
Pre-Production Planning: Attend team meetings and assist in the development of production plans and logistics when not working at an on-site event.
Post-Production Review & Iteration: Participate in breaking down what went well, what didn't and what iterative steps can be taken for improvement via meetings and reports.
Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years of experience in live event production, videography, or customer service-focused technical roles.
Technical Skills:
Functional knowledge of camera systems (setup, white balance, focus).
Familiarity with video signal flow and cabling (SDI, HDMI).
Soft Skills:
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and venue staff quickly.
Composure: Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure or during live broadcast crunches.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Technical Production Coordinator to support the execution of complex, immersive live events and site installations. This role will play a key part in planning the on-site technical execution of each event, including schedule creation, vendor coordination, and site layout planning. They will also lead teams on site to ensure the successful Install and Dismantle of critical infrastructure such as lighting, power, rigging, and audio systems.
The ideal candidate will serve as the link between internal departments, third-party vendors, and clients-ensuring that technical and operational plans are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This position is well-suited for a candidate with a strong foundation in live event production, who is confident in their ability to ensure excellence in project scheduling, site planning, and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
Production Scheduling & Documentation
Create and maintain a master production calendar for pre-production, install, show run, and dismantle phases.
Build detailed installation schedules, coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
Prepare and distribute daily call sheets, installation schedules, and production reports.
Site Operations & Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, venue contacts, and third-party vendors to develop a comprehensive site plan.
Work with site operations teams to align the site plan with safety, guest experience, and operational requirements.
Ensure Site Plan integrates guest pathways, barriers, and traffic flow strategies, including rentals and internal asset deployment as needed
Oversee installation and strike operations on site, directing vendors and team members according to the approved plan.
Troubleshoot technical or logistical issues in real time during install and event operations.
Power & Utility Management
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to determine power requirements for the site.
Source and secure appropriate temporary power solutions and ensure timely delivery and installation.
Develop and manage fuel delivery and refueling schedules in collaboration with power vendors.
Lighting, Audio, and Show Control
Develop site lighting and audio plans based on environmental, creative, and functional needs.
Coordinate the deployment and/or acquisition and installation of all lighting and audio systems.
Collaborate with creative teams to integrate lighting and audio into media-driven show control systems.
Gather technical specifications for media playback and triggering systems from internal teams and third-party contributors, and assist in the creation and deployment of final show control systems
Rigging & Structural Support
Apply working knowledge of general rigging practices to support safe and efficient installation of event infrastructure.
Collaborate with structural designers or engineers to evaluate rigging needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical production, event operations, or site coordination.
Proven experience managing installation schedules and overseeing field operations.
Strong understanding of live event infrastructure, including temporary power, lighting, audio systems, and site logistics.
Working knowledge of general rigging practices, including load awareness, safe attachment methods, and ground-supported structures.
Ability to read and interpret site plans, CAD drawings, and technical documentation.
Strong communication and vendor coordination skills.
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and project management tools
Familiarity with CAD or 3D modeling software is preferred.
Able to work extended hours and weekends during critical install and strike phases.
Comfortable leading and troubleshooting in dynamic, outdoor, and large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities
Production Scheduling & Documentation
Create and maintain a master production calendar for pre-production, install, show run, and dismantle phases.
Build detailed installation schedules, coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
Prepare and distribute daily call sheets, installation schedules, and production reports.
Site Operations & Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, venue contacts, and third-party vendors to develop a comprehensive site plan.
Work with site operations teams to align the site plan with safety, guest experience, and operational requirements.
Ensure Site Plan integrates guest pathways, barriers, and traffic flow strategies, including rentals and internal asset deployment as needed
Oversee installation and strike operations on site, directing vendors and team members according to the approved plan.
Troubleshoot technical or logistical issues in real time during install and event operations.
Power & Utility Management
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to determine power requirements for the site.
Source and secure appropriate temporary power solutions and ensure timely delivery and installation.
Develop and manage fuel delivery and refueling schedules in collaboration with power vendors.
Lighting, Audio, and Show Control
Develop site lighting and audio plans based on environmental, creative, and functional needs.
Coordinate the deployment and/or acquisition and installation of all lighting and audio systems.
Collaborate with creative teams to integrate lighting and audio into media-driven show control systems.
Gather technical specifications for media playback and triggering systems from internal teams and third-party contributors, and assist in the creation and deployment of final show control systems
Rigging & Structural Support
Apply working knowledge of general rigging practices to support safe and efficient installation of event infrastructure.
Collaborate with structural designers or engineers to evaluate rigging needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical production, event operations, or site coordination.
Proven experience managing installation schedules and overseeing field operations.
Strong understanding of live event infrastructure, including temporary power, lighting, audio systems, and site logistics.
Working knowledge of general rigging practices, including load awareness, safe attachment methods, and ground-supported structures.
Ability to read and interpret site plans, CAD drawings, and technical documentation.
Strong communication and vendor coordination skills.
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and project management tools
Familiarity with CAD or 3D modeling software is preferred.
Able to work extended hours and weekends during critical install and strike phases.
Comfortable leading and troubleshooting in dynamic, outdoor, and large-scale environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on immersive events, themed environments, or large-scale public activations.
Background in media playback systems or interactive show control.
Familiarity with permitting and regulatory compliance for temporary event infrastructure.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification, or equivalent safety training.
