About the Role
As a ProductionAssistant, you'll support day-to-day manufacturing in our Proxy Shop by operating equipment, preparing materials, and keeping production moving smoothly. This is a full-time, non-exempt role with a starting pay range of $21-$24/hour (DOE) and opportunities to learn new skills across the shop.
What You'll Do
Sand, drill, and finish plastic parts using power and hand tools
Assist with mixing, pouring, and preparing materials for climbing hold production
Operate composite manufacturing machinery and follow established processes
Inspect, weigh, package, and ship customer orders
Support shipping and receiving tasks
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with equipment upkeep
Follow all SOPs, quality-control programs, and safety requirements
Apply lean concepts to improve efficiency in daily tasks
Jump in where needed to support general shop operations
What You Bring
