Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to address production challenges and implement solutions. Lean Manufacturing: Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives, such as 5S, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping, to improve overall production efficiency. Qualifications: Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in conducting inspections, maintaining records, and following safety protocols.
