Execute video shoots, including setting up equipment, directing talent and crew, and capturing high-quality footage that meets project requirements. Work with KA employees at all levels of the organization, in office and on job sites, adhering to construction standards for safety/PPE.
Utilize Adobe video editing software to edit raw footage, add visual effects, graphics, music, and other elements to produce polished final videos.
Take ownership of the entire video and digital production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases. This includes conceptualizing video ideas, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing and distribution; and production of live streams as needed for events, trainings, progress reports, and other video messaging.
Ensure all video content meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and technical specifications before final delivery.
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. Collaborate with marketing team and with other KA employees, clients and trade partner stakeholders to successfully align messaging goals.
Maintain and manage video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and editing software, ensuring they are in good working condition and recommending relevant tools.
Digital Media:
Sharing and creating content on social media, live streaming to YouTube/Zoom, managing and updating lobby video screens, cataloguing existing and newly created video and B-Roll.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging video concepts that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Lead timely Content Management and monitoring for internal and external websites including project portfolio, bios, contact information, and other content as needed. Assist employee stakeholders in drafting content updates for their departments/service areas; coordinating with Marketing and BD team to align with brand standards and other corporate messaging.
Other Duties:
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in video production to continually enhance our video content strategy and production capabilities.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
Experience (3-5 years) in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.

Production Associate - 3rd Shift
Production Assistant Job In Lexington, MN
* The ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs. * The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be 8-10 hours) * The ability to read measurements, work or calculate numbers, use handheld tools, including but not limited to handheld pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills.
* Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and the ability to work overtime as needed.
* Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
* Previous experience in assembly or a production-oriented environment
SHIFT:
* 3rd Shift hours are approximately 8:00 PM-6:30 AM, Monday thru Thursday.

ABOUT THE JOB
After a 1-2 week training on the basics of cabinet making, AKA Cabinets 101, You will start your shift with an all-hands meeting to discuss production goals for the day, safety, and other plant matters. Together with your teammates, you will manufacturer or assemble cabinets or cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals while keeping our Four Basics in Mind
