JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a highly organized and adaptable Production Assistant to support our design, production, and administrative operations. This role requires attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury fine jewelry and eager to grow within the industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design & Production: Oversee and coordinate production orders, ensuring accurate execution and deadlines are met. Communicate with suppliers, and manufacturers to confirm orders, timelines, and product specifications. Communicate production updates, lead times, and any changes to the team. Work closely with the design team to translate sketches into technical specs for production. Assist in creating marketing materials, including promotions, invitations, lookbooks, manuals, and advertisements. Contribute to the development, sourcing and design of packaging. Support the production team with daily tasks such as organizing materials, cleaning jewelry, sourcing supplies, coordinating deliveries, and preparing for client appointments. Quality Control & Inventory: Inspect incoming products to ensure quality, quantity, and condition meet brand standards. Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues. Maintain accurate inventory records, tracking raw materials, components, and finished goods. Monitor stock levels and reorder products as needed. Organize and label inventory for efficient tracking and retrieval. Communicate inventory status updates and concerns to the team.
