Job Summary Delaware Basin Overview We hold approximately 792,000 unconventional net acres in the Delaware Basin, spanning west Texas through southeast New Mexico. Current development activity targets prospects in the Avalon, Bone Springs and Wolfcamp formations while balancing leasehold obligations and permit terms. We operated ten rigs and two frac crews on average during 2024, resulting in 166 operated wells drilled and 151 operated wells brought online. The company began exploring and appraising the basin's stacked pay potential in 2012 and has gained extensive technical expertise to optimize development. At the beginning of 2024, the company operated over 2,800 producing wells throughout the Basin. In 2024, net production averaged 593 MBOED. Position Overview As a Production Specialist in our Delaware Basin operations, you'll serve as a field leader and mentor, supporting multi-skilled operators (MSOs) and optimizing production across both downhole and surface operations. You'll act as a liaison between Operations and technical support teams, drive continuous improvement, and promote safety and efficiency in all aspects of production. This role is ideal for a seasoned field professional who enjoys mentoring, problem-solving, and collaborating across disciplines. This is a Safety-Sensitive Position.
