Full-time Description Job Summary The Production Assistant - Lamination Emphasis provides support across production operations with a primary focus on lamination. This role assists with setting up and supporting lamination processes, handling materials, inspecting parts for quality, and performing general production tasks. The position may be assigned to other departments as business needs change, but will be primarily utilized in Lamination. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Learn and follow work order instructions, job bags, and quality standards. Assist with lamination processes including hand application of adhesives and guiding materials. Inspect overlays, windows, and assembled parts for clarity, accuracy, alignment, and finish. Waste strip, de-slug, and package parts according to specifications.
