Job Summary
Delaware Basin Overview
We hold approximately 792,000 unconventional net acres in the Delaware Basin, spanning west Texas through southeast New Mexico. Current development activity targets prospects in the Avalon, Bone Springs and Wolfcamp formations while balancing leasehold obligations and permit terms. We operated ten rigs and two frac crews on average during 2024, resulting in 166 operated wells drilled and 151 operated wells brought online.
The company began exploring and appraising the basin's stacked pay potential in 2012 and has gained extensive technical expertise to optimize development. At the beginning of 2024, the company operated over 2,800 producing wells throughout the Basin.
In 2024, net production averaged 593 MBOED.
Position Overview
As a Production Specialist in our Delaware Basin operations, you'll serve as a field leader and mentor, supporting multi-skilled operators (MSOs) and optimizing production across both downhole and surface operations. You'll act as a liaison between Operations and technical support teams, drive continuous improvement, and promote safety and efficiency in all aspects of production.
This role is ideal for a seasoned field professional who enjoys mentoring, problem-solving, and collaborating across disciplines.

Your responsibilities may include:
* Represent Operations in project activities and communicate field needs to support teams
* Provide technical support for beam pump designs, downhole configurations, and fluid level analysis
* Ensure MSOs are trained according to curriculum and address ongoing technical development needs
* Monitor well performance using tools such as XSPOC, Cygnet, and Avocet
* Support production optimization through lease reviews, chemical meetings, and fractional flow reserve (FFR) analysis
* Lead or assist in pre-startup safety reviews (PSSR) and commissioning of wells and facilities
* Promote safety leadership through stand-downs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) development, and adherence to ConocoPhillips' SPIRIT values
* Troubleshoot operational issues and support minor equipment repairs
* Monitor and validate production data using electronic data gathering systems
* Collaborate with engineers and technicians to develop pre-pull recommendations and optimization strategies
Basic/Required:
* Legally authorized to work in the United States
* Current/Valid driver's license
* 5 or more years of experience in upstream field operations
* Intermediate level of proficiency in PSSR and Management of Change (MOC) processes
* Willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to safely perform and comply with all of the following tasks:
* Work in temperature extremes and adverse weather conditions
* Travel across multiple geographic locations daily
* Work both in and out of a company-provided vehicle

Job Overview:
Under the supervision of the Technical Director, the ProductionAssistant works before, during, and after events to prepare, maintain, and clean-up all venues within FUSION: 708, The Meadow, and The Cell Theatre. From larger scale live music, dance, and theatrical performances, to private parties and events, the ProductionAssistant ensures that artists, renters, and patrons at FUSION can create art and build community in a safe, well-maintained, and smooth-running environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist with the set-up, running, and break-down of FUSION events and productionsAssist the technical director and other FUSION staff on work calls (i.e. lighting hang and focus, set builds and strikes, seating bank construction, art exhibition hangs and strikes, facility organization and maintenance)
Duties may include: parking and traffic direction, stage and event hall set-up and breakdown (moving chairs, tables, stage platforms, curtains, and seating banks), facilities cleaning, organization, and maintenance, concession sales, crowd control, and some lighting/AV equipment operation.
Shift lengths vary depending on the event, workload, and your availability. Shifts will be offered on a weekly basis.
Minimum Qualifications
Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.

We hold approximately 792,000 unconventional net acres in the Delaware Basin, spanning west Texas through southeast New Mexico. Current development activity targets prospects in the Avalon, Bone Springs and Wolfcamp formations while balancing leasehold obligations and permit terms. We operated ten rigs and two frac crews on average during 2024, resulting in 166 operated wells drilled and 151 operated wells brought online.
The company began exploring and appraising the basin's stacked pay potential in 2012 and has gained extensive technical expertise to optimize development. At the beginning of 2024, the company operated over 2,800 producing wells throughout the Basin.

Position Overview
As a Production Specialist in our Delaware Basin operations, you'll serve as a field leader and mentor, supporting multi-skilled operators (MSOs) and optimizing production across both downhole and surface operations. You'll act as a liaison between Operations and technical support teams, drive continuous improvement, and promote safety and efficiency in all aspects of production.
This role is ideal for a seasoned field professional who enjoys mentoring, problem-solving, and collaborating across disciplines.

Represent Operations in project activities and communicate field needs to support teams

Job Description
Production Coordinator Reports To: Marketing Advertising Manager
Under the direction of the Casino Marketing Advertising Manger, the Production Coordinator organizes and monitors the workflow through the design process, produces projects, and recommends process adjustments. Responsibilities include creating and following through on purchase and receiving orders, distributing marketing communications, and organizing work orders for advertising pieces. The role also involves integrating player email/direct mail campaigns and assisting with special events, promotions, or concerts as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the creation and completion of all promotional materials and production pieces, including print, digital, social media, and video content.
Ensure work conforms to branding standards.
Coordinate with outside vendors for consistency, quality, and timeliness.
Maintain and store design and resource files.
Work with the Marketing Manager and other departments to schedule and monitor production.
Operate and maintain equipment, manage inventory, and evaluate new techniques.
Control and minimize expenses to meet production budget standards.
Produce layouts, graphic designs, and marketing materials.
Distribute flyers, newsletters, and update signage throughout the properties.
Update job status spreadsheets and operate various marketing systems.
Occasionally will need to act in the role of the Social Media Coordinator
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum one year of experience in Casino Marketing, Gaming, or Casino Services.
Knowledge of Macintosh and PC computers, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
Preferably fluent in both Spanish and English.
Mescalero Apache Tribal preference and bicultural experience preferred.
