Lead the E-Commerce processing efforts and provide training to Drive-Thru Ambassadors (DTAs) on E-Commerce procedures.
Identify and communicate operational challenges, concerns, or improvements to the Production Manager, offering recommendations and assistingin developing action plans to address issues effectively.

Qualifications
Required Education and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent, or ability to obtain through The Excel Center.
Supervisory experience with strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams, set expectations, and hold staff accountable.
Ability to train, develop, and assess employee performance while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interactions with staff, customers, and management.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail and accuracy in daily operations.
Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and retail management software.
In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory control, merchandise processing, financial oversight, and merchandising strategies.

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and multitasking skills to manage store operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and provide proof of insurance to travel to different job sites.

Validation and execution of lockouts and preparation of equipment for CIPs and maintenance work.
Prompt communication to maintenance when work preparations are made for equipment readiness.
Day shift coverage for potential vacancies within the production department.
Validate operator SOP compliance and validity of SOP's and update SOP's and best practices for production equipment and processes.
Develop and maintain production staff schedules, manage vacation requests, and ensure adequate shift coverage to support plant operations.
Track all production paperwork-including sample logs, round sheets, inventory checklists, and housekeeping checklists-through completion and perform regular verification to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
Ensure that equipment, materials, and supplies are continuously available in support of processes.
Ensure safety measures and procedures are followed to reduce and eliminate injuries, incidents, and hazards.
Monitor performance objectives and work alongside management team to develop strategies to meet goals.
Assistin interviewing, hiring, and training employees.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The Team Member is responsible for the essential job functions and the job qualification requirements for the following jobs: Roll Mill, Prog Operator, Press Operator, Arc Welding Machine Operator, Resistance Welding Operator, and Automatic Welding Machine Operator and CNC Benders.

Involved in process improvement teams working with parts.
Follows operator instruction sheets as specified, unless otherwise instructed by a the Area Manager
Adheres to all safety regulations and report any safety concerns to the Area Manager/Team Leader
Reports all mishits to the Team Leader/ Area Manger.
Completes all paperwork accurately, this includes tags, setup check lists, Production Logs/ Flip Charts & production reports.
Ensure last piece samples have been submitted before starting the next order.
Properly uses the Plex system for production reporting and/or job training requirements.
Follows all quality procedures
Ensure that all containers not damaged and clean of old tags, cardboard, and other parts before they are used.
Verifies the proper use of standard packs when they are set up for work orders.
Trains new associates as directed by supervisor.
Follows the “first-in, first out” system of using raw materials.
Completes all requirements to satisfy the First Piece Inspection Process.
Mig Welders operates robots, use machine lifts , must be Mig Weld certified per classroom training, written test and coupon samples and inspects repairs parts to the required specification requirements(Premium Position),
Bender operators run equipment, review part quality and make machine adjustments to ensure part quality based upon part dimensional aspects (Premium Position),
Roll Mill may participate in die sets and part adjustments for quality purposes (Premium Position).
Prog Operators participate in die sets, setting machine to parameters and trouble shoot equipment including dies to ensure part quality standards including First Piece and Last Hit (Premium Position).
Transfer Press Operators perform die sets, adjusts machine to parameters, trouble shoot equipment to ensure part quality standards (Premium Position),
Shearline Operators participate in die sets, coil alignment, setting machine to parameters and trouble shoot equipment to ensure part quality strands including First Piece (Premium Position).
Performs other essential functions as assigned.
JOB QUALIFACTIONS REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma, G.E.D. or the equivalent preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Experience in a manufacturing environment helpful but not required.
MAJOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
The employee must be able to stand on the concrete floor for the duration of the work shift, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, bend to the floor and use their arms and hands. WORKING CONDITIONS:

Operate multiple fastener inserting machines and continuous drilling machines.
Loads and winds profile or materials and threads feed to machines.
