The Design Production Coordinator collaborates with Graphic Designers, Production Managers, and Account Executives to ensure the efficient creation, review, and processing of graphics files for print production. This role is responsible for preparing large-format graphics for trade shows and special events, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. THE ROLE The Visual Communications Production Coordinator ensures the successful execution of event productions by coordinating personnel, managing administrative processes, and supporting Project Managers throughout all phases of production.
