Shoot and set up studio with lighting/audio equipment for podcast recordings and feature shoots. Use media asset management software to ingest and log footage, including third party film/video and audio collateral (experience with Iconik is a plus). Fulfill both internal and external footage requests delegated by our Media Asset Manager. Assist on longform feature shoots and edits as needed. Edit internal motivational videos for the football team as assigned. Other duties as assigned. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Light office duties and activities. Next Steps After you've submitted the questionnaire and resume, here's what to expect: We'll review your questionnaire and resume and follow up with you within 14 days. Next, we'll begin with scheduling a video interview. If you're out-of-town, (most of you) we use Zoom to schedule the video calls. If you're in Arkansas, we'll meet in person. The first interview will last about 20 minutes for a meet and greet. The second step is we will assign you a specific project that will help us understand your work product. It will be a project within your area of hire. Then we will schedule a 30-60 minute second video interview to review the project and get to know you better. We can also answer any questions you may have about us. We'll likely do a background check if everything is a good fit up to this point. We may or may not have a third video interview. If you have a significant other that is relocating with you, this call will take place and we will want them on this call for 15-20 minutes. It's important that your significant other knows us and we know them. If we're all still a good fit for each other, next we'll bring you to Arkansas for an in-person working interview/socials. This is typically a three-day interview, can be four days. You'll meet everyone, you'll meet with the hiring council for an extensive Q/A, see our work environment, work on a project in our facility for a day and present it to the Family. Then, you will take a market trip with the owner, shop for dinner for several of us, cook with us, and drink with us. In this friendly, flexible team environment, you will play an important role in helping us to provide outstanding service in a clean and friendly atmosphere. Your role in the store will be to assist the Produce Manager in providing high quality fresh produce. Daily Operations * Providing exceptional service to all clientele and sharing your expert knowledge on produce * Assisting the Produce Manager in maintaining, stocking cleaning, and keeping proper signage in the Produce Department * Properly culling, rotating, and restocking produce * Keeping the prep area, walk-in cooler, and sales floor clean Company Standards * Following all safety guidelines & reporting any missing or non-functional safety equipment * Complying with all company policies including following dress code and wearing name tag * Completing all company training as required for the produce department * Staying up to date with the latest training and knowledge available for produce while keeping good communication with other departments Basic Functions and Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products.
