POSITION SUMMARY:
Our level III Production Associates work within our pre-finish department without supervision, utilizing High-Volume Low-Pressure (HVLP) paint applicators, paint drying ovens, and pneumatic and hand tools to efficiently and safely stain and paint door slabs and combination configurations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for the provided order paperwork and established quality expectations. This position is fully proficient in pre-finish Production Associate I & II duties and will occasionally prepare door slabs and components for finishing (painting or staining) and assemble pre-finished door slabs and combination configurations. This is a labor-intensive position that requires lifting and maneuvering heavy door panels and units and working in an enclosed booth. Individuals are regularly on their feet throughout the day. Safety is a priority.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Read and understand door work orders sent to the door shop for building. Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about door terminology and various components to ensure accuracy and quality expectations are met.
+ Responsible for painting and staining doors and trim parts in accordance with SOP's for the provided order paperwork and established quality expectations.
+ Apply finish (paint or stain) to doors and components using HVLP paint applicators, paint drying ovens, and pneumatic and hand tools (as needed).
+ Review finished products for quality utilizing wet mill gauges to verify that proper application techniques have been used prior to transferring products to assembly.
+ May be required to complete minor to intermediate assembly tasks and preparation of doors and components utilizing chemicals, paint, hand tools, saws, routers, and pneumatic tools. Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
+ Assisting with touch-ups.
+ Preparing, applying, and installing Simulated Divided Lites (SDL's) as specified on work orders.
+ Reviewing order paperwork before beginning production to ensure accuracy of finished products. Reviewing all products and orders before, during, and after production to ensure that quality standards are met before transferring products to the next stage of production and before packaging products for transportation. Utilizing tablets and software for documentation.
+ Completing tasks in accordance with SOP's for the provided order paperwork and established quality expectations.
+ Assist in packaging products as needed. Understand that product packaging must be done per specifications to prevent damage during transportation.
+ Responsible for performing and/or partnering with the Senior Maintenance Manager or branch Maintenance Technician to complete routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
+ Work with team pre-finish and/or door shop leadership to analyze and resolve challenges, develop and implement improvements, and maintain a safe work environment.
+ Work to maintain a safe and clean environment while achieving department productivity goals. Understand and follow OrePac safety rules and regulations.
+ Forklift duties may be assigned to this position to manipulate and move products. Any assigned forklift duties will first require taking and passing a forklift training course and obtaining a certificate. Forklift duties will include staging and/or stacking material neatly and safely, operating the forklift in a safe manner, filling the forklift with propane fuel, and regularly checking the forklift fluid levels.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
+ Knowledge of HVLP spray gun adjustments and ability to adjust the gun to achieve a quality finish.
+ Ability to read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations.
+ Ability to adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as designated by OrePac's safety program. Ability to perform all essential responsibilities of the job in a safe manner.
+ Ability to compute basic math problems to include addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
+ Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to follow established quality standards.
+ Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
+ Mechanical aptitude. Experience with hand tools, power tools, and the ability to read a tape measure.
+ Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a team or individually with minimal to no supervision while achieving quality and timely completion of assigned tasks to achieve customer satisfaction.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
+ High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
+ Proficiency as a pre-finish Production Associate I & II.
+ 2 or more years of experience in painting or finishing environments with experience applying SDL's and using an HVLP spray gun (preferred, but not required).
+ Any combination of education, training, or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position will be accepted in place of the education and/or experience requirements listed for this role.

A Production Expert
Lead all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production logistics including production plans and documentation, approvals, contingencies, intellectual property, vendor contracts, permits, travel, incidentals, product deliverable and the archival of the deliverable for live events and other projects of small and simple characteristics, with crews of 2-10 people.
Translate the of scope into the needed equipment and crew to accomplish the project objectives.
Provide creative consultation, work with others cross-functionally and execute production deliverables by employing specialized knowledge and industry expertise.
Schedule and supervise crews for various events (2-10 people).
Become a production liaison between sponsoring departments and production associates.
Understand and execute the principles and operation of broadcast and theatrical systems.
Ensure all logistics for production are covered (contracts, locations, travel, permits, meals, etc.).

Meet directly and frequently with product managers and other stakeholders regarding project level decisions.
Disseminate production information promptly to the pertinent teams and individuals.
Work in tandem with Resource Managers and Schedulers to get the right people in place to complete the project, including service partners and potential vendors.
Use Workfront and other reporting tools to monitor and regularly communicate project health to appropriate stakeholders.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree.
Work Experience:

POSITION SUMMARY:
Our level III Production Associates work within our pre-finish department without supervision, utilizing High-Volume Low-Pressure (HVLP) paint applicators, paint drying ovens, and pneumatic and hand tools to efficiently and safely stain and paint door slabs and combination configurations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for the provided order paperwork and established quality expectations. This position is fully proficient in pre-finish Production Associate I & II duties and will occasionally prepare door slabs and components for finishing (painting or staining) and assemble pre-finished door slabs and combination configurations. This is a labor-intensive position that requires lifting and maneuvering heavy door panels and units and working in an enclosed booth. Individuals are regularly on their feet throughout the day. Safety is a priority.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Read and understand door work orders sent to the door shop for building. Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about door terminology and various components to ensure accuracy and quality expectations are met.
Responsible for painting and staining doors and trim parts in accordance with SOP's for the provided order paperwork and established quality expectations.
Apply finish (paint or stain) to doors and components using HVLP paint applicators, paint drying ovens, and pneumatic and hand tools (as needed).
Review finished products for quality utilizing wet mill gauges to verify that proper application techniques have been used prior to transferring products to assembly.
May be required to complete minor to intermediate assembly tasks and preparation of doors and components utilizing chemicals, paint, hand tools, saws, routers, and pneumatic tools. Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
Assisting with touch-ups.
Preparing, applying, and installing Simulated Divided Lites (SDL's) as specified on work orders.
Reviewing order paperwork before beginning production to ensure accuracy of finished products. Reviewing all products and orders before, during, and after production to ensure that quality standards are met before transferring products to the next stage of production and before packaging products for transportation. Utilizing tablets and software for documentation.
Completing tasks in accordance with SOP's for the provided order paperwork and established quality expectations.
Assist in packaging products as needed. Understand that product packaging must be done per specifications to prevent damage during transportation.
Responsible for performing and/or partnering with the Senior Maintenance Manager or branch Maintenance Technician to complete routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
Work with team pre-finish and/or door shop leadership to analyze and resolve challenges, develop and implement improvements, and maintain a safe work environment.
Work to maintain a safe and clean environment while achieving department productivity goals. Understand and follow OrePac safety rules and regulations.
Forklift duties may be assigned to this position to manipulate and move products. Any assigned forklift duties will first require taking and passing a forklift training course and obtaining a certificate. Forklift duties will include staging and/or stacking material neatly and safely, operating the forklift in a safe manner, filling the forklift with propane fuel, and regularly checking the forklift fluid levels.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Knowledge of HVLP spray gun adjustments and ability to adjust the gun to achieve a quality finish.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations.
Ability to adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as designated by OrePac's safety program. Ability to perform all essential responsibilities of the job in a safe manner.
Ability to compute basic math problems to include addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to follow established quality standards.
Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Mechanical aptitude. Experience with hand tools, power tools, and the ability to read a tape measure.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a team or individually with minimal to no supervision while achieving quality and timely completion of assigned tasks to achieve customer satisfaction.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Proficiency as a pre-finish Production Associate I & II.
2 or more years of experience in painting or finishing environments with experience applying SDL's and using an HVLP spray gun (preferred, but not required).
Any combination of education, training, or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position will be accepted in place of the education and/or experience requirements listed for this role.

What you will be doing (2nd shift):
Process medical and industrial gas cylinders using established plant guidelines and procedures
Conduct cylinder inspections to determine need for retesting or repairs through visual, physical, and odor tests before filling
Checks for cylinder quantities, styles and product, and fill any necessary product
Loads and unloads product from weekly shuttle truck
Operates and maintains cylinder scales and associated equipment
Prepares warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork for shipment and keys into the computer the quantities, styles and products filled in order to justify the stock inventory
Completes and maintains quality control documentation as per company and Governmental procedures
Operates a forklift truck and other plant vehicles

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format and completed with all required information
Effectively tear down, set-up, monitor, operate, changeover and clean applicable equipment (from upstream to downstream, including blow molder) and provide quality inspections on all related items to include but not limited to OQI, weight checks, compliance with product specs, etc.

Ensure lubrication standards are up to date and completed in a timely fashion; maintain lubrication logs

The Production Crew will process vehicles in a safe manner to produce core & scrap products, enable the customers to pull parts, and satisfy environmental requirements.
Essential Functions:
Follow company policy and procedures, as to set the example for the rest of the team.
Degarbage: Remove Freon, power steering fluid, power brake fluid, batteries, excess garbage, and other items as prescribed by procedure.
Drain: Remove gasoline, coolant, waste oil, transfer case oil, catalytic converters, and other items as prescribed by procedure.
Set & Pull: Place vehicles on wheel stands so customers can safely access sellable parts. Remove vehicles and clean up the surrounding area in preparation for the next vehicle set. Other duties as prescribed by procedure.
Field Decore: Loosen the motor and transmission mounts. Remove any remaining tires and selected core items as prescribed by procedure.
Ground Decore: Remove heater cores, copper wire, and other items as prescribed by procedure. Maintain the crush pad work area to reduce equipment downtime, harvest cores, and ensure environmental compliance.
Table Decore: Dismantle engines and transmissions. Remove selected small cores, harvest wire, sort commodity materials, and other duties as prescribed by procedure.
Tire Dismantling: Use the tire machine to separate rubber tires and wheels. Remove weights and stems. Sort tires and prepare rims for shipment.
Janitor: Collect and harvest core dismantled core materials. Remove debris. Identify & address safety risks in the customer area. Other duties as prescribed by procedure.
Miscellaneous: Assist customers as needed in a courteous manner. Review and complete logs for regulatory and tracking purposes. Maintain and replace storm water control devices. Assist in the review and maintenance of mechanical equipment.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Our level I Production Associates work within our door shop, utilizing saws, routers, pneumatic tools, and other small hand tools and power equipment to efficiently and safely machine and assemble pre-fabricated doors and components in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for the provided order paperwork and established quality expectations. This is a labor-intensive position that requires lifting and maneuvering heavy door panels and units. Individuals are regularly on their feet throughout the day. Safety is a priority.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Read and understand door work orders sent to the door shop for building. Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about door terminology and various components to ensure accuracy of parts and pieces pulled.
Responsible for minor assembly and preparation of prefabricated doors and components utilizing saws, routers, pneumatic tools, and other small hand tools and power equipment. Based on the line, tasks may include (but are not limited to) the following:
Cutting down heads and jambs, striking jambs, installing hinges, installing lites, cutting sills, applying weatherstripping, and nailing.
Completing tasks in accordance with SOP's for the provided order paperwork and established quality expectations.
Review order paperwork before beginning production to ensure accuracy of finished products. Review all products and orders before, during, and after production to ensure that quality standards are met before transferring products to the next stage of production and before packaging products for transportation. Utilize tablets and software for documentation.
Palletize, package and wrap, and stage doors in preparation for shipment to customers. Understand that product packaging must be done per specifications to prevent damage during transportation.
Work to maintain a safe and clean environment while achieving department productivity goals. Understand and follow OrePac safety rules and regulations.
Work with team and door shop leadership to analyze and resolve challenges, develop and implement improvements, and maintain a safe work environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations.
Ability to adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as designated by OrePac's safety program. Ability to perform all essential responsibilities of the job in a safe manner.
Ability to compute basic math problems to include addition, subtraction, and multiplication.

The Warehouse Production Associate is a self-driven/self-motivated individual capable of working proficiently, both independently and as part of a team, without direct supervision. The successful individual must have a passion for safety and be able to foster effective working relationships built upon trust and respect within all levels of the organization. This position safely and efficiently operates assigned equipment to produce a quality product at prescribed standards while minimizing material waste and product loss. The position has the opportunity to actively participate in all aspects of line functions and will be eligible for skills-based pay increases. This position will rotate across varied filler lines and associated machines within a value stream and be responsible for operator care. Production Operators must be able to multi-task and effectively communicate with others.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format and completed with all required information
Effectively tear down, set-up, monitor, operate, changeover and clean applicable equipment (from upstream to downstream, including blow molder) and provide quality inspections on all related items to include but not limited to OQI, weight checks, compliance with product specs, etc.
Ensure clean and inspect standards are up to date and completed in a timely manner
Ensure lubrication standards are up to date and completed in a timely fashion; maintain lubrication logs
Maintain working knowledge of all value stream equipment to include all support equipment, ability to troubleshoot, make minor adjustments and repairs using basic tools
Completes PM's and other routine operator maintenance tasks; assist in diagnostics, repairs, and rebuilds of machines; partner with maintenance or others on non-routine repairs and defect handling.
Monitor equipment for malfunctions and defects, repairing and solving minor problems without assistance and eliminating potential threats to production
Own a specific piece of equipment within the operation. Responsible for the overall health of equipment and developing, maintaining, and improving standards associated with assigned equipment (CIL, Centerlines, One Point Lessons, etc).
Own a functional system (EHS, Qual, Operator Care, etc) within the team. Develops expertise within that function and coaches other team members on the execution of the system
Communicate effectively with managers, lead persons, and maintenance personnel regarding recurring problems and needs for repair
Take part in PM's and utilize the Root Cause thought process to ensure corrective actions are sustainable
Maintain communication with other departments, management, and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns
Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, actively participate in identifying and correcting opportunities to improve processes including participation in the creation and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions, the creation and maintenance of preventative maintenance standards, the writing of One Point Lessons, and participation in continuous improvement methodology events
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and 5S methodology to maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area, maintaining audit-ready status at all times
