The assistant provides frontline equipment checkout, basic technical support, training assistance, and supervises student workers during shifts. This position reports to TSS, works closely with the JHU and MICA Film Centre Co‑Directors, and collaborates with other departments and offices at MICA and JHU. This role is responsible for executing daily production tasks including sorting, inspecting, folding, and bundling garments and linens. Associates operate commercial washers and dryers, assist in the wash aisle, and ensure the quality and cleanliness of all items processed. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Production Associates play a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting the company's high standards of service and reliability.
