Summary/Objective The Town of Oxford is looking for a Production Assistant reporting to the Media Production Coordinator. The Production Assistant will assist in providing coverage of Municipal Meetings and community events, broadcast playout server management, graphic design for various broadcast platforms, and assist in the development of new programming. Set up, operate and breakdown of cameras, tripods, portable video switcher, cables, lights, wired and wireless microphones, and a variety of other A/V equipment for live and recorded productions. Capture a variety of events using professional cameras, with an emphasis on proficiency and proper shooting techniques. Work within multiple non-linear video editing systems (Final Cut, Premiere Pro) to import, organize, edit, and export programming for all three PEG Access channels with an emphasis on creating quality content. Troubleshooting general A/V equipment issues as they arise. Effectively manage PA systems for live events when necessary. Performance Services, part of Boston Conservatory at Berklee, seeks a temporary Production Coordinator to coordinate and execute multiple production aspects of two off-campus productions in the Spring 2026 semester. The productions are the Commercial Dance showcase at the Huntington Theater in early February, and a new opera production at the Calderwood Pavilion in April (see detailed schedule below). Job Description 617MediaGroup, one of the fastest-growing progressive communications agencies in the U.S., is recruiting for a skilled A/V Intern to join our growing team. This is a part-time, paid internship ($20.36/hour). To be considered for an internship, applicants must be able to complete a minimum of 20 hours per week. Responsibilities: Document major social movements, labor rallies, marches, and heart-warming moments in people's lives, including photography, videography and audio Edit high-quality videos for client review in a quick and efficient manner Work closely with production and account staff to maintain rigorous file management and project organization Qualifications: Experience filming public events and editing footage to create a polished, finished product Proficiency working with standard videography and photography equipment Great communication skills verbally and written Flexible schedule with the ability to occasionally work nights and weekends as needed for client events. All employees in this position are expected to retain a valid driver's license and a purchased or leased automobile for personal transportation to work events with a valid inspection sticker.
