Under the direction of the Branch Management team, the Rigging Production position plays a vital role in the company. The Rigging Production team member is responsible for designing, manufacturing, and inspecting a wide range of rigging products used in lifting, securing, and transporting heavy loads. This specialized position is an expert in rigging techniques, safety standards, and has great attention to detail in order to ensure the production of high-quality and reliable rigging equipment for our customer in various industries. Working closely with the production team, this role contributes to maintaining a smooth workflow and meeting production targets while upholding the company's commitment to safety and quality.
Please note: Due to the highly specialized nature of the work performed by the Rigging staff, most of the training will be taught on the job.
Essential Functions

There is a $2 shift differential for all hours worked on the swing shift, $3 for weekday grave and weekend day shifts, and $5 for weekend grave shift.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Production Technician will perform a variety of duties and multiple uses of different skillsets. This work involves the wet-lay of composite fabric, flow media and resin to create industry tooling, knowledge of vacuum integrity, spray foam, putty and/or chop application, Duratec prep and application, sanding, grinding, and aerospace tool finishing are additional job functions. Production Technicians at all levels are required to follow directions carefully, have basic mechanical knowledge, manual dexterity, good eyesight and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
The following essential job functions are performed as a Production Technician:
Reads, interprets, and follows pass downs, work orders, isometric drawings, blueprints, work instructions and other technical and non-technical documents.
Receives and carries out directions from designated supervisors.
Participates in training, safety, and quality programs.
Keeps work orders stamped, dated and organized.
Attention to detail and quality is required
Identifies and obtains equipment, tools and materials needed to properly perform job function.

Job Description
Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Production Operator II role in Burlington, WA. Key Responsibilities:
· Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure efficient and continuous operation.
· Perform advanced equipment setups, changeovers, and minor mechanical adjustments as needed.
· Lead or assist in training Production Operator I team members on processes, procedures, and safety practices.
· Conduct in-depth quality inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with product specifications.
· Maintain accurate documentation of production activity, quality results, downtime, and material usage.
· Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify, report, and support resolution of mechanical or technical issues.
· Adhere to all plant safety procedures, quality guidelines, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HACCP, GMPs).
· Ensure cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of production and equipment areas.
· Support continuous improvement efforts, suggesting process enhancements to improve efficiency and product quality.
· Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating material flow to maintain uninterrupted production.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred.
· 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.
· Demonstrated ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment with minimal supervision.
· Strong understanding of safety protocols, quality standards, and production workflows.
· Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to document information accurately.
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Production Intern
Production associate job in Hamilton, WA
Janicki Industries is an innovative, family-owned aerospace company located at the foot of the Cascades. We focus on engineering and manufacturing complex projects for companies in the aerospace, defense, and space industries. We are looking for a Production Intern to join our growing team.
Interns are college students who work for Janicki Industries to obtain work experience in their specified field of study within engineering. They may work part-time while attending college or they may work during a college break, e.g. spring break, summer break, or winter break. Work assignments are made by the Department Manager and will also depend upon the projects currently available at the time the student is employed.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Specific job functions will depend upon the actual department in which the intern will be working and the specific project to which the intern is assigned but may include layup, assembly, mill operation, use of hand tools, etc. The functions listed below are general in nature and apply to all production interns.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Reads and understands blue prints, isometric drawings and work orders.
Receives and carries out directions from designated Supervisors and Production Leads.
Understands and complies with Safety and 5S.
Understands and complies with AS9100 and Nadcap Practices and Procedures as applicable.
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly, FOD free condition.
Performs on the job training for Project Certifications, AS9100, NADCAP training and other training as required.
Works in other Cells to support Production as required, i.e.; Mill, Mold/Fab or Assembly Cells. Must be willing to work on the production shift schedule.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Being at work on time and maintaining good attendance is a condition of employment and is an essential function of your job.
QUALIFICATIONS
Due to our ITAR and EAR regulations, applicants must be a US Citizen or of Legal Permanent Resident Status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3).
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Currently attending a community, technical or four year college with study focused in a manufacturing or engineering discipline.
Prefer first or second year students.
Must be able to sit, stand, or crouch down for extended periods. Must be able to climb ladders and work platforms. May be exposed to noise, dust, dirt, and paint fumes. Must be able to work under hot and cold conditions. Personal protective equipment (PPE), safety glasses and respirator will be required. Must be comfortable working within confined spaces and at various heights.
Must be able to work well in an integrated, multidisciplinary, collaborative, team environment, including daily interactions with technicians, millwrights, machinists, engineers, and managers.
Must work well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines. The incumbent shall; at all times demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors.
Attention to detail and a high degree of quality is required.
Must possess effective oral and written communication skills in the English language.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Wage for this role is $22 an hour eligible for health benefits and accrued sick leave. The wage provided is Janicki's estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.
