**Salary and Other Compensation**

**Location**

+ Maintain regulatory compliance and be proactive in dealing with all agencies and avoid reportable violations.
+ Required participation in the multi-year Production Technician multi skill progression plan to develop key skills in maintenance and operations. Upon completion the employee should have the desire, aptitude and ability to meet board operator qualifications.
+ Conduct and participate in job briefings and safety meetings. Be responsible for Contractor Safety and conduct Contractor Safety Orientations as needed.

+ Tasks will typically be performed within full-scale production manufacturing operations and include tasks such as non-routine and non-repetitive production electronic, mechanical, electromechanical assembly; quality assurance and reliability testing following established methods and procedures; production scheduling and control; and coordinating, planning, and expediting the flow of material, parts, and assemblies.
+ Must pass all job-specific or specialized certification programs required for core tasks or specialized assignments.
+ May participate in programs or functional team projects developing process improvement methods, solutions, and procedures to enhance program quality, cost, and scheduling.
+ The incumbent is responsible to perform under direct supervision how to service, troubleshoot, repair, and inspect aircraft components to ensure airworthiness.
+ Reads and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
+ Adds, subtracts, multiplies, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; Interprets a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
+ Plans and organizes workday.
+ Creates, enters, retrieves and prints from current software packages such as; excel and word; Demonstrates problem analysis and independent decision-making.
+ Demonstrating intra and interpersonal relations.
+ Recognizing or identifying the existence of a problem as well as elements of a problem.
+ Performs a task in the presence of distracting stimulation or under monotonous conditions without significant loss of thought process and efficiency.
+ Operates hand and power tools, interprets drawings, specifications, and schematics of aircraft instrument/electronic components, recognizes from schematics and drawing not only how one assembly functions; but also how various assemblies interact with each other.

**Qualifications**
+ Graduation from a standard 4 year high school or equivalent GED with 2+ years of related work experience required.
+ Experience working in aerospace/aviation component overhaul preferred.

BASIC SCOPE/PURPOSE Manage the processes and personnel involved in organizing production and the products need for production. JOB FUNCTIONS
·Assist the Plant Manager/Supervisor in the execution of work throughout the production process.
Familiar with and be able to implement the 5's (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) in plant production management.
·Manage the day to day activities of production organization on assigned projects by providing leadership and support to ServiceMaster supervisor and plant employees.
·Ensure that all production work and implemented processes are conducted in a safe manner to prevent injury to ServiceMaster/plant employees and other employees on the job site.
·Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the appropriate plant contacts to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our customer. Meet with the plant/supervisor contacts on a regular basis.
·Inspect and implement assigned production projects on a daily basis to ensure that the work being performed is to scope and is meeting customer expectations.
·Ensure ServiceMaster is in compliance with assigned production project.
·Provide regular updates to the Plant Contact, General/Division Manager and ServiceMaster Supervisor of any delays in completing tasks or jobs within the specified timeframes or the inability to complete certain tasks related to the organization of the plant production process.
