POSITION SUMMARY: The Machine Operator position is responsible for ensuring the continuing safe and efficient production process for the Morristown facility, including the set-up, validation and operation of automatic packaging equipment that produces wet wipes. ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Support the production and packaging of finished goods. • Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain production equipment to get maximum performance and efficiency. • Ensure the safe and efficient production of a quality product in an FDA-regulated facility. Follow cGMP procedures. • Utilize JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to safely produce quality products to customer specifications. • Daily responsibility for performing quality checks, sampling and accurately completing required documentation. • Demonstrate commitment to Rockline/Iatric's RRITE Values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence. • Associates have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.) • High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience. • Experience with computer usage within a manufacturing environment. • Excellent attention to detail in daily work as well as extensive documentation. • Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation for continuous learning.
