How You Will Contribute We are seeking individuals that can lead and deliver large, complex client engagements, working closely with PE leadership to identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for their portfolio companies. Lab Work: Assist with lab-related tasks, including the preparation and testing of samples, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Packaging: Assist with the packaging of cannabis products, including labeling, weighing, and sealing products for distribution. Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areas to prevent contamination. Compliance: Adhere to all state and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, to ensure legal and operational standards are met.
