Primary Responsibilities
Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment including Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods.
Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products. Load & Unload racks of parts, mask and unmask parts, touchup/rework, process rejects, inspect parts coming down lines, operates a hoist where necessary.
Qualifications
Must be able to lift-up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work overtime as needed

The roles performed are Mig Weld mild steel together to form the finished product. Sheet material range from 16GA - ¼” thick with occasional ¾” plate. Flat Bar 3/16” - 1 ½ thick, 3” I-Beam @ 7.5 pounds per foot, and structural tubing ranging from 1 ¼” Square - 3” x 4” Rectangle. Fitting and forming parts for welding is required in certain jobs. Inspection and grinding is also required in certain jobs. Ability to lift 30-50 pounds is required. Has ability to work in accordance with safety and quality standards

REHAU | Water Technology is seeking a dependable Automation Production Technician to support our operations in Cullman, AL. This hands-on role supports automated production, labeling, and material-handling processes, helping ensure efficient product flow, accuracy, and quality. Responsibilities include operating and adjusting automated equipment, supporting final-stage packaging activities, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Automation & Machine Operation
Operate, monitor, and adjust automated equipment, scanners, labelers, and pallet-handling systems.
Set and verify production “recipes,” machine dimensions, and product parameters.
Load labels, select and print correct label formats, and ensure proper application.
Conduct changeovers and assist with mechanical adjustments during production runs.
Quality & Documentation
Verify product data using digital scanners, HMIs, and system dashboards.
Ensure compliance with internal specifications, quality standards, and FIFO requirements.
Perform line checks, label audits, and product inspections.
Accurately complete logs, forms, and system entries.
Material Handling
Safely operate a forklift and move materials through designated areas.
Manually wrap pallets and prepare finished goods for staging or shipment.
Lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs consistently.
Maintain clean and organized workspaces.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Use basic hand tools (wrench, calipers, tape measure, Allen keys).
Troubleshoot labelers, digital scanners, printers, and automation sensors.
Escalate equipment issues to maintenance or engineering as appropriate.
Experience with FANUC robot interfaces or willingness to be trained (preferred).
Safety
Follow all REHAU safety policies and procedures.
Participate in LOTO, safe lifting, forklift, and equipment-specific safety training.
Immediately report hazards, quality issues, or equipment malfunctions.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate HMI screens.
Understanding of FIFO and inventory movement.
Valid driver's license.
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of manufacturing experience.
Experience with labeling systems, digital scanners, or automated equipment.
