What You'll Do
Package a wide range of cannabis products, including:
Flower
Pre-rolls
Concentrates
Edibles
Inspect finished goods to ensure ECC's quality and brand standards are met.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
Keep steady, accurate packaging rates to meet weekly production goals.
Use scales to weigh product (eighths, quarters, pre-rolls, concentrates, etc.) with precision.
Safely and properly operate heat-sealing equipment.
Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
Assist with unloading, organizing, and storing packaging or manufacturing supplies.
Support general facility cleaning and sanitation responsibilities.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities or tasks throughout the day.
Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and strong work ethic.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
Follow hygiene expectations and health guidelines set by ECC and state regulations.
Follow instructions thoroughly and complete tasks with accuracy and consistency.

JOB MISSION:
New Balance's Cutting positions perform a variety of machine operations in our shoe manufacturing process. Check specifications to ensure that the proper cutting instructions are followed as to size and width. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description
General Summary:
The Production Technician is responsible for the running and oversight of automation equipment for EnviroLogix's Value Capture business line of Lateral Flow Strip (LFD). The automation equipment cuts and assembles rolls of finished LFD material into finished comb format. Responsibilities include ownership and monitoring of the automation equipment, execution of roll changeovers, and execution of any daily preventative maintenance (i.e. - cleaning blades for cutting). Additional responsibilities will be defined as the business needs, this could include running a material pouching machine, lamination or quality control.
Responsibilities Include:
Monitoring of the automation equipment
Execution of changeovers on the automation equipment
Execution of daily preventative maintenance as specified in the SOPs
Ensure machine uptime is optimally maintained throughout the shift
Oversight of the finished product kitting cell to ensure no stoppages related to the outfeed station of the automation equipment
Prompt escalation of any equipment issues and/or stoppages to the Automation Engineer and Supervisor for resolution
Updates to batch records and visual management based on shift output of the finished product
Following established safe work practices and working in a safe manner, following EnviroLogix safety policies and procedures, and for reporting any unsafe or hazardous condition to their supervisor or the Environmental, Health, and Safety department for corrective action
Develop self and team through EBOS (Ensign-Bickford Operating System)
Additional Tasks as needed, can include running additional machinery, manually assembly of combs, quality inspections, etc.

* Stacking bales on pallets, sealing bales with an iron, and wrapping pallets.
* Position requires accurate completion of the Baler Operator production report, checking bale weight, and recording information on various reports and quality control tags.

The Quality Production tech will work under the supervision of the Quality Manager to perform and coordinate inspections and determine quality testing models of raw materials and finished products. Perform re-work inspections to ensure product meets or exceeds quality and company expectations through final inspection of in-process, finished, and final assembled products. Inspecting and auditing all components and all stages of the manufacturing process. Investigate any quality issues to identify root cause and raise appropriate corrective action concerns to the Quality Manager and Department Manager. Complete all necessary paperwork to verify compliance with specification and create / maintain accurate records of work performed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions, and examining functionality
Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements
Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods
Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database
Proposing improvements to the production process
Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements
Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training
Keep measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work alongside industry experts operating a variety of equipment and tools from sculpting hammers and chisels to hand-held torches.
Provide for the safe handling of production materials using overhead cranes, transfer carts and forklifts.
Ensure all quality checks are met, to include dimensions and weight for each item made.

Physical demands:

Position requires accurate completion of the Bagger production report, filling pellet sample cups every ton for quality control information, and tagging pallet with Quality Control tag with initials, date, ton number, and the shift the pallet was completed.
The Baler Operation:
Stacking bales on pallets, sealing bales with an iron, and wrapping pallets.
Position requires accurate completion of the Baler Operator production report, checking bale weight, and recording information on various reports and quality control tags.

Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
Will require good eye, hand, and foot coordination.

Responsibilities:
● Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the PuroClean brand
● Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes
● Regular vehicle and equipment maintenance and organization
● Working with your direct supervisor to ensure team is unified and efficient
● Following all uniform and policy guidelines
● Always leaving job sites with a clean and orderly appearance
● Developing production expertise through providing services
● Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard
● Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians
● Willingness to work on-call shifts and holidays as we are a 24/7/365 operation
Qualifications:
● Valid driver's license and High School diploma/GED
● IICRC certifications or previous mitigation experience helpful.
● Experience is helpful but not required
● Willingness for continued learning and growth
● Attention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipment
● Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating 'the message'
● Awareness and respect for safety, using care and caution with teammates and customers
● Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines.
● Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time

Compensation:
● Range: $21 - $24/hour based on experience and $1000 sign on bonus after 1 year
