The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the leadership and business results of a team of hourly Technicians and Team Leaders; ensure the team meets safety, quality and operational standards; and facilitate team development and skill building through coaching and mentoring team members.

Reports to: Department Manager
In this role you will:
Champions department daily plan and following through on open items needed by the team. Participates in the department Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings
Accountable for the daily operations and team performance (Safety, Quality, Reliability, Cost, Org. Capability)

Assist in developing and executing key technical and organizational projects while increasing Operational Excellence capability within the organization
Responsible to collaborate across all pillars and leadership
Acts as the technical resource for operating teams

A Bachelor's degree

Sets up items for assembly line for this meal and preps/replenishes for the next.
Responsible for setting up and maintaining the grill, preparing omelets, breakfast
items, lunch items according to directions. Maintains clean work and eating environment.
Makes breakfast sandwiches and replenishes supplies to all areas. Communicates
politely and effectively with staff, customers and patients. Assumes the role of patient
advocate. Helps wherever and whenever needed including training others. Identifies
and resolves issues with HAACP compliance. Demonstrates acceptance of CARES
and HAACP standards. Collects and disposes of garbage. Responsible for and maintains
equipment, cleanliness of kitchen, clean floors, breaking down boxes, etc. Cross-trained
to work other food production worker positions.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Two {2} to five {5} years food production
Experience preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively and follow both verbal
and written instructions.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to work
anytime weekdays, weekends and holidays between the hours of 5:30 AM and 8:30 PM.
This position is considered essential during emergency conditions. Exhibits consistent
customer/patient focus showing courtesy and respect. Consistently follows guidelines/recipes for food preparation and exceeds patients'/customers' expectations. willingness to comply with dress code, CARES and HACCP standards.
